As we drove in, the hosts were in the garden and were very welcoming. The keys were inside the unlocked property, and it was easy to access and get settled. A great recommendation for the Wrangaton Golf Club lunches, they really are superb!
The access road was a little challenging, but typical of Devon roads lol. Once you knew what to look for in terms of turns and landmarks, it was fine.

Clean, well equipped great wifi. Great views, lovely big lounge
A welcome pack would be lovely as the cottages are no where near any shops, the bedroom is small and cramped with no air as the window does not open in the summer the bedroom will be very hot.

Quaint property and remote. Enjoyed the history of the building
Damp cloths left in the bathroom from the previous clean. The sofa and mattress were both well worn. Parking issues with other guests. Bathroom had damp and mould patches. Some facilities were not in the room but elsewhere in the property such as washing machine.
