A modern and lovely apartment that area, countryside yet near shopping centers. Free parking is essential as you do need

Loved the apartment and the location. Spacious and clean! Very modern and inviting.

It would have been nice with basic products like salt/pepper/frying oil. The dishwasher didn’t really work. The lovely cleaning lady tried to help us with it, but we suspect the thermos didn’t work. No matter what program the dishes were never hot when it was finished, and not properly cleaned. A little information about WiFi, and if we need toilet paper or paper towels, or even towels - that all we had to do was ask. We ended up buying these things, as there was no extra info. The heating could have been turned on before our arrival. It was freezing our first night and we were there for an event in Porec in the fall season. It says there is a washing machine on the list of facilities, but there is none. The lovely lady helped clean our clothes though.

Amazing stay

Brand new apartment and super clean! Lovely pool area with lots of shade, very quiet and relaxing. Close to the main shopping mall and Lidl. It’s 3 km from Poreč city centre but you can park for free at the Konzum supermarket and walk 15min to the town. The staff was really kind.

The jacuzzi didn’t work. In reception there should be a phone number you can call if no staff is around.

We had a good holiday as we explored the local area & we had good weather

The veranda was the best part of the apartment. Lovely sun rises & sets

Only the cleaner was there when we arrived, she wasn't sure where we were supposed to be staying. We weren't registered until we were given an incorrect bill & we complained - we had been there 4 days. We didn't see the owner until we were about to leave & he threatened us with the POLICE as he said we hadn't paid, eventually he agreed to a bank transfer. There wasn't any recycling or any cleaning tools like a dust pan & brush. There wasn't any cleaning or refuse collection for the week we were there. The apartment was very bare & basic, with only 1 wardrobe that was broken & 2 small drawers by the bed. the towels were like tea towels There wasn't any information pack, or any information about the local area - taxis etc. Taxis cost £11/12 for a 2.5 journey, you definitely need a car to get around. The "plunge pool" is 18 inches deep & the pool is less than 25 feet long. We have travelled to Croatia many times & this is the poorest accommodation that we have stayed in.

Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist super und der Pool einfach toll, die Lage ist ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 200m entfernt und zum Strand sind es ca. 2,3km mit dem Rad oder auch zu Fuß kein Problem Was für den Herbst schon wäre, wenn der Pool beheizt wäre, aber es hat uns trotzdem nicht davon abgehalten hin und wieder rein zu springen Es war jeden Tag eine sehr freundliche Dame vor Ort, die sehr hilfsbereit und auskunftsfreudig war, sehr großes Lob an dieser Stelle

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit einer wunderbaren Gastgeberin vor Ort. Sehr fleißig, hilfsbereit und einfach die Seele des Hauses – alles war immer tipptopp sauber. Der Pool war ein bisschen frisch 😉, aber das hat uns den Aufenthalt nicht getrübt. Strand/Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen, es hat wirklich alles gepasst. Besonders schön: Wir durften unseren Hund mitbringen, was uns sehr wichtig war, für den Hund mussten wir noch mal extra bezahlen, kann man machen muss man aber nicht ;)

Die Extrakosten für den Hund- Ansonsten alles prima - danke an die Dame des Hauses ;)

Urlaub in Kroatien

Die Lage der Wohnung innerhalb der Villa ist Klasse. Der Balkon absolut toll. Die Größe der Wohnung ist auch fantastisch. Das anwesende Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben 1x im Urlaub Obst vom Haus bekommen. Es gibt überdachte Parkplätze. Der Pool ist schön.

Leider gab es ein paar Dinge, dir überhaupt nicht akzeptabel sind. Der Geschirrspüler wurde schon länger nicht mehr kontrolliert und gereinigt. Als wir die erste Wäsche anschalten wollten, wurde das Geschirr nicht sauber. Es stellte sich heraus, dass die "Propeller" aus denen das Wasser an das Geschirr spritzt völlig kaputt und aufgeschnitten waren. Der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer war ebenfalls ohne Funktion. Wir haben den Vermieter auf diese Dinge aufmerksam gemacht, jedoch hat er es nicht geschafft innerhalb von 10 Tagen das Ganze zu beheben. Auch antwortet er auf keine Email mehr. Das ist sehr frustrierend. Desweiteren waren von 4 Stühlen auf dem Balkon die Sitzflächen so eingerissen, dass man sich ständig geklemmt hat wenn man sich setzte. Es sind auch nur 4 Tassen, Teller.....im Schrank. Obwohl die Wohnung für 6 Personen ausgelegt sein soll. Alles etwas fraglich. Im Abfluss des Badezimmers fehlte der Stopfen. Man hat immer in das schwarze, nicht so schöne Abflussrohr geschaut. Am Pool sind tolle Liegen und Schirme. Allerdings nicht für alle Gäste der Villa. Das Rolltor des Parkplatzes ist zwar vorhanden, man kann es aber nicht schließen. Es gibt keinen Safe. Die Lage der Villa war uns bekannt, ist aber enorm weit weg von der Altstadt. Ca. 2,8km.

Villa Alena er et helt fantastisk sted. Vi boede 2 voksne og 2 børn i comfort lejligheden, alt er perfekt. Meget rent overalt, lækker pool område med gode liggestole. Søde personaler som er smilende og hjælpsomme. Rigtig god beliggenhed i kort køreafstand af mange lækre strande og indkøbs muligheder meget tæt på. Rolig beliggenhed lige som vi kan lide det. Vi kommer meget gerne igen 😄😄

Die Unterkunft war hervorragend – sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich –, die Putzfrau sehr freund

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war durchweg positiv. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Putzkraft, die nicht nur gründlich und zuverlässig gearbeitet hat, sondern auch unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Auch der Besitzer der Villa war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend, stets erreichbar und sehr kooperativ bei all unseren Anliegen. Die gesamte Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und angenehm. Alles in allem hat einfach alles gepasst – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen

Es gab viele Dinge, die mir an diesem Aufenthalt besonders gut gefallen haben. Zuerst einmal war die Unterkunft selbst wirklich hervorragend. Die Villa war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Es war spürbar, dass hier Wert auf Details gelegt wurde – von der Sauberkeit über die Ausstattung bis hin zur gemütlichen Atmosphäre. Ein großes Plus war auch die Putzfrau, die regelmäßig da war. Sie war nicht nur sehr gründlich in ihrer Arbeit, sondern auch unglaublich freundlich, offen und hilfsbereit. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass sie ihre Arbeit mit Freude macht und sich wirklich bemüht, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Das schafft eine sehr angenehme und respektvolle Atmosphäre. Auch der Besitzer der Villa hat einen sehr positiven Eindruck bei mir hinterlassen. Er war jederzeit erreichbar, hat schnell auf Fragen oder Wünsche reagiert und war dabei stets freundlich, höflich und unkompliziert im Umgang. Diese Offenheit und Kooperationsbereitschaft haben den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht, weil man wusste: Wenn etwas ist, wird einem geholfen – und zwar ohne Umstände. Insgesamt hat mir auch gefallen, wie reibungslos alles abgelaufen ist. Die Anreise, die Schlüsselübergabe, die Kommunikation – alles funktionierte problemlos und ohne Missverständnisse. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und hat mir das Gefühl gegeben, gut aufgehoben zu sein. Kurz gesagt: Es war nicht nur die Unterkunft selbst, sondern vor allem die Menschen dahinter, die den Aufenthalt so besonders gemacht haben. Diese Mischung aus Komfort, Herzlichkeit und guter Organisation hat dafür gesorgt, dass ich mich rundum wohlgefühlt habe.

Hade gärna stannat längre

Fint ställe, lite utanför staden poreč, lugnt och mysigt. Poolen var toppen! Rummet var välstädat, fräscht och nyrenoverat. Allt var bra.

Enda negativa var att golvet inte var tvättat. Man kunde se att det inte var våt torkat. Men annars i övrigt var allt toppen!

Tökéletes választás családoknak akár egy egész hétre is, mivel minden elérhető a közelben.

Rendkívül új, rendezett és tiszta volt. A szobák és a nappali tágas, világos. Az ágyak kényelmesek, a fürdőszoba jól felszerelt. A Villa környezete gyönyörű és igényes. Nagyon jó, hogy minden apartmanhoz volt terasz. A nyílászárók rendkívül újak voltak és könnyen használhatóak a spalettával együtt. Egy igazán igényes szálláshely.

Jó lett volna, ha a szobán belül lett volna egy seprű, egy lapát és egy felmosó szett. Az egy klíma, ami a nappaliban van, kevés volt, mert nem hűtötte a másik két szobát. A folyósóra lehetne tenni egy kis komódot, ahova a kulcsot, cipőt le lehet tenni. A konyhából hiányzott a mikrohullámú sütő.
