About this house rental
At the end of the road, the house of 70 m², without any opposite and quiet, will seduce you with its pleasant garden of 1000 m² and its wooden terrace facing south.
On the ground floor, you enter a living room with a sitting area and sofa bed (with a real mattress for your comfort!), and a dining area.
Then you go to a large kitchen with dishwasher, then a bathroom / WC with walk-in shower and toilet suspended (Renovated in 2017).
Upstairs, a large and comfortable room, with a bed 2 persons and a bed 1 person, awaits you. (renovation 2014, bedding 2014)
Behind the house you can enjoy a new terrace area with garden furniture and outdoor dining (new 2015), you access the garden by a small staircase.
We are waiting for you for pleasant holidays in Périgord Pourpre, near very beautiful sights like Bergerac at 20 min, Monbazillac at 30 min, Sarlat-la-Canéda at 45 min, Limeuil at 20 min, Beynac, La Rocque-Gageac, the Château des Milandes by Joséphine Backer etc ...
A few hundred meters you can fish in rivers or lakes.
At 20 m, access to the forest for ballad and bike.
A 20 min by car, the Jacquou park for children with attractions and aqualud area, opens its doors.
Come to discover many gardens, castles, chasms, caves, typical markets etc ... nearby.
Enjoy canoeing, ballad in Gabares, hot air balloon trips ... to relax and take full eyes!

An idillic and relaxing, well equipped Gite with a well maintained private pool and large enclosed garden set in the middle of the Dordogne countryside. Perfect location for visiting local markets, chateaux and other places of interest or simply using the facilities to relax and enjoy.

Had a fantastic week in October in this house. The house & garden are great. The enclosed garden was fantastic for letting our dog run around. It’s very peaceful having no close neighbours. Has an added bonus with the wonderful private pool. The Dordogne region is on the doorstep with many great places to visit with a short drive. Would love to return in the future.

This was our second visit to Sabrina’s place, we never usually go back to the same place twice, but we have with this one and that says a lot.
It’s in a beautiful location, private, lovely outdoor space with a fantastic pool.
The inside is compact, but has everyone you need and want.
You won’t regret booking it.
