Third time staying here in 4 years. Reliable predictable service and stay. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Great breakfast. Will probably return again in a year.
No restaurant at hotel available for dinner. Slightly older facility but standard for an onsen-type hotel

Very old and run down, large complex designed for tour buses, and once the tour buses left all the lights were turned off and facilities essentially shut down so we did not feel very welcome. The weather was really bad when we were staying so we ended up leaving a day earlier but we would have stayed if the weather was better.
