clean and friendly staff
As we had a non-resident of Japan with our group had to pay the full amount and could not use Japan travel support benefits. Got a call out of the blue from booking .com staff and forced to give the decision on the spot without being able to look for more details. It was late and we didn’t have other option but paying what they asked for. It put a stain on our time there, didn’t put lower rating only because how friendly and supportive the staff was. Hope to get a refund from initial booking soon.
