This was a lovely, clean, well appointed accommodation. Perfectly situated to explore Greve and Chianti.
Plenty of breakfast options but wish the pastries were not prewrapped.

The rear room had lots of space and you could see and hear the bell of the main building in the piazza.The communal area was nicely decorated. Overall great location. Organising when the host would meet us to check us in was smooth and easy but needed as there is no reception so you cannot just arrive and the host be there to let you in.
The piazza has restricted parking so if driving you will need to park in one of the several nearby car parks within a few minutes walk of the property. There is no lift and the room is on the top floor so be aware of this if you have a big or heavy bag.
We liked everything, the only thing that was unclear to us (maybe we missed it on the page or because we don't typically stay in B&B's) was there are 2 rooms onto a communal kitchen/lounge. It was not a problem for us and the other couple were very quiet.

This was a perfect place for us, two couples. Two bedrooms with individual bathrooms and a cozy living room/kitchen. Breakfast ingredients were available in fridge and on desk already in the evening - just to help oneself. Good assortment of teas. Balcony facing south. The host was very friendly.
No good parking space in the absolute vicinity. We had to leave the car a few hundred meters away on a public parking lot at 6 euros a day.
