The greenery and sounds of birds were refreshing. Food was tasty. Staff were pleasant and helpful
The jacuzzi was difficult to operate. The fried rice and noodles were not hot enough. Needed more entertainment inside the resort

The location and ambience are truly beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery, it feels peaceful and well connected to nature. The tree house stay was quite an adventure and something unique that we were really excited about.
Once the lights were turned off at night, there were rats running inside the tree house. This was quite disturbing and definitely not something we expected from a highly rated resort.
