The location was perfect, private parking was included, staff were so helpful and friendly, and the accommodation was lovely. The outdoor terrace had the most beautiful view and was wonderfully peaceful and relaxing!
Everything was great!

The common grounds like the terrace and the lobby were gorgeous, and the location in the center of Deia with the mountains in the background was breathtaking
There is no receptionist available 24 hours. The breakfast is not included, and the staff was really cold and calculated. The room looked nothing like the pictures, very basic and lacking any sort of Mallorcan character. No window screens, and no A/C. So if you leave the window open for fresh air, crazy huge weird bugs fly in. The neighbors were talking loudly at 2am for several hours and disrupted my sleep. The parking is a nightmare. DO NOT rent a car if you plan to stay here.
