Great stay

Apartment had everything you need, kitchen with equiptment, bathroom, bed, balcony. Everything was clean and organized. Beautiful view of the alps from the room. Staff was very friendly and upgraded my room when the shower broke for free. Across the street from a supermarket, small store, and gas station. Great place to stay for a vacation.

Communication with the owners was not great. The owners were not often available at the front desk for questions, only a few days a week for a few short hours.

The countryside stay with more cons than pros

Clean bathroom, equipped kitchen.

The missing nets in the windows combined with surrounding rural area = lot of mosquitoes in the room. The sleeping for kids just in low mezzanine with dangerously steep staircase. Without air condition and without net in the roof window there was impossible to sleep in the hot summer night. Thus we needed to let the kids to sleep in the bed room and we had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, but there wasn’t any double bed linen for it. Absence of the nets in the windows and the strong rain afterwards (the windows had to be closed) made the night very hot. The house is big and there wasn't any signposts for the rooms outside, thus we weren’t able to find our room quite a long time. In the rain and after all day in the car it was very unpleasant. The owner phone number wasn’t answered, and we had to rely on the coincidental help of the other guests. All the messages from the owner were in German. Experience which I'm not keen to repeat.

Good value for money

The location is quiet, it was easy to pick-up the key. The kitchen is well-equipped. We enjoyed the sauna a lot. Good value for money. There is also a play room available for kids.

We only got 2 set of bed-linen for 5 persons. As the reception is open only between 9-11. a.m., I tried to contact the host on the phone 3 times, left a voice message and wrote and email, but got an answer only in the afternoon next day.

Excellent location, Beautiful view of the Alps from the room, Definately worth!

The property was excellent. location of the property was easily accessible by foot from the train station. it was only 15 mins walk. I stayed here with group of friends. We had the most amazing time at the property. The apartment was very clean and pleasant. The lady at the reception was very kind. We reached at the apartment at 12pm and she let us do the check-in although the check-in time was 14:00. That was really sweet of her. So we didnt have to roam outside to kill our time before the check-in. The check-out was smooth. The kitchen had many utensils for cooking. The apartment was very cozy and very well equipped. The view of the alps was just gorgeous. I would really recommend this place not only for the short stays but also for the long stays.

Nothing really, it was perfect. The swimming pool was closed unfortunately.

A great apartment for a nice family stay in a quiet place!

Spacious apartment with great views and free parking. All amenities with kitchen made our life easy. Supermarket/discount store very close to the vicinity. Chiemsee was 15min away, also close to Salzburg if you want to plan a day trip!

It just gets too dark in evenings without any lights around- perhaps to preserve energy but for us was a bit extraordinary.

Short and sweet stay, will definitely be longer next time.

We loved that it was quiet and conveniently located close to a supermarket and gas station. It was also not too far from Chiemsee.

The only real flaw or gripe we had was that there was only a single roll of toilet paper. This is just a minor thing and did not impact our stay, we would gladly stay again.

Perfect base for exploring and relaxing.

We liked that everything you needed was in the apartment eg tea towel, washing up liquid, soap, etc. It was clean, very spacious and so quiet. Every morning we had fresh bread rolls and the supermarket was less than a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed the ice cream and restaurants in the town's nearby and loved walking and visistin6 nearby towns. It was perfect!!

Perfect place for a stop-over on our way to Austria. Short distance from the highway.

The size of the apartment really surprised us. Two seperate bedrooms and a living room/kitchenette. All the rooms are large so great place to stay for more than one night.

The cleaning of the appartment could be better. There were a lot of crumbs in the living room. The shower head needed a bush fix to stay a little higher to wash your hair.

Čisté, dobře vybavené, prostorné, klid, funkční sauna - dokonce více druhů, malý zábavní koutek pro děti. Vzimním období tam i přes vypnuté radiátory bylo teplo.

Gute Option, um mit mehreren Familien oder Freunden an einem gemeinsamen Ort zu sein. Jeder hat eine eigene Wohnung, aber dicht beieinander. Gemeinsame Sauna-Nutzung möglich. Gastgeber sehr spontan und hilfsbereit bei Zubuchung einer weiteren Person.

Möbel teilweise defekt (Stühle Essbereich). Großes Wohnzimmer, aber leider kein Tisch für Spiele o.Ä. - hier könnte man mehr Wohnlichkeit schaffen. Andere Wohnungen in der Unterkunft sind bereits aufwändiger erneuert u renoviert. Vielleicht folgt "unsere" ja auch bald...

Sehr schöner Winterurlaub

Die Appartements sind sehr schön, mit Blick auf die Berge, im Grünen gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten können fußläufig erreicht werden. Ideal um den nahegelegenen Chiemsee und das Skigebiet Winkelmoosalm zu erkunden. Die Wohnungen sind zweckmäßig und freundlich eingerichtet, für Selbstversorger bestens geeignet. Die Sauna im Keller sorgt nach einem ereignisreichen Urlaubstag für Entspannung.

Von den einzelnen Appartementtypen könnten vorab zur Ansicht mehr Bilder vorhanden sein (von einem gab es bei Buchung leider gar keine). Die einzigen kleinen Mankos waren die spärliche Beleuchtung in den Wohnungen (gerade während der Winterzeit) und, dass es pro Person nur 1 Duschhandtuch gibt, hier wäre ein 2. kleines Handtuch schön.

Struttura carina e in una bella zona, ma da evitare gli ultimi piani.

La posizione è molto buona, si trova vicino il lago e il porto per le isole. Intorno alla struttura c'è molto verde ed è molto tranquilla. La piscina è piccola ma più che sufficiente per far giocare i bambini. Comoda l'area giochi, peccato si trovi nel seminterrato senza luce.

alloggiavamo nell'ultimo piano che non era molto comodo, era caldo e non potevamo aprire le finetre perché entravano molti moscerini. i letti erano molto scomodi soprattutto quelli nel sottotetto che per entrarci bisognava abbassarsi.

Wir werden nicht mehr hier buchen. Schade, denn die Lage ist super.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt zum Wandern oder Fahrrad fahren geeignet. Der Pool ist wahrscheinlich das Highlight mit Bergblick. Supermarkt und Tankstelle zu Fuß erreichbar. Kinderspielplatz ist auch ganz nett. Unternehmungen: Zum Beispiel Chiemsee Umrundung mit dem Rad, Kampenwand Abstieg in Aschau oder von Unterwössen zur Feldlahnalm… Man ist auch gleich mit dem Auto in Prien (Schifffahrt zur Fraueninsel) In Prien ist auch ein super Hallenbad Prienavera für schlecht Wettertage.

Ganz klar die Sauberkeit. Hier wurde vor unserem Besuch definitiv nicht durchgekehrt oder gewischt. Es lag quasi überall ein Staubteppich. Haben unseren Sohn 10 min barfuß laufen lassen die Sohle war komplett mit staub bedeckt. Im Bad roch es „schmuddelig“ eine Mischung aus Stuhl und Reinigern, wirklich eklig. Auf unseren Wunsch wurde nochmal durchgekehrt was aber auch nur minimal besser war. Unser Sohn (1,5 jahre) ist mehrmals aufgewacht weil die Türen so stark knarzten dass man selbst mit übertriebener vorsicht nicht leise sein konnte. „Leise“ ist das nächste Thema denn hier ist alles so hellhörig wir dachten es ist eine Horde Elefanten in der Nachbarwohnung unterwegs. Die Mücken sind hier auch sehr stark präsent und ich kann jedem Empfehlen Antibrumm mit zu nehmen. Unsere Betten und Kissen waren leider sehr durchgelegen und es war kein erholsames Schlafen möglich.

Sehr zufrieden- trotz kleiner Mängel

Der Pool war auf jeden Fall ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Lage in der Nähe des Chiemsees, der Blick auf die Berge, das Gelände an sich, der Wellnessbereich im Keller und der Brötchenservice haben auch zu einem positiven Erlebnis beigetragen. Zudem kann man von Übersee aus viele schöne Ausflugsziele in kurzer Zeit erreichen.

Wir waren in einer der Dachgeschosswohnungen, die Matratzen waren dort nur auf den Boden gelegt und sehr unbequem. Zudem war die Decke sehr niedrig und der Raum nicht sehr gemütlich.

Meraviglioso weekend al lago di Chiem

Posto tranquillo, piscina e sauna confortevoli anche dopo una giornata trascorsa al di fuori della struttura. Appartamento molto grande, con tutti i comfort. Pulizia impeccabile, organizzazione perfetta.

Metterei una doccia al posto della vasca da bagno. Manca l'aria condizionata in tutto l'appartamento (c'è un ventilatore): ma è anche vero che abbiamo trovato giornate molto calde, anomale in questa zona.

Fast alles supi

Lage war gut, wir hatten Fahrräder mit. Mehrere gute Gastätten im Ort. Einkaufsmarkt gleich um die Ecke, Pool im Gelände, wir hatten super Wetter. Also alles supi.👍👍👍👍

Die Kaffeemaschine könnte mal erneuert werden, sie hat früh eine dreiviertel Stunde für 4 Tassen gebraucht.

Eine schöne Unterkunft

Der Pool mit dem tollen Ausblick auf die Berge hat uns sehr gefallen, auch wenn wir ihn nicht täglich, aufgrund des Wetters, nutzen konnten. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Wohnzimmerfenster (Dachgeschosswohnung) konnte man nicht abdunkeln. Und da die Schlafcouch (Doppelbett) genutzt wurde, war es morgens etwas unglücklich mit dem Ausschlafen. Meine Kinder, 12 und 15, wollten auf keinen Fall unterm Dachgeschoss schlafen, da Ihnen die Decke zu niedrig war und es dort keine Steckdosen gibt (jedenfalls konnte ich keine entdecken).

Wunderschöner Ort

Die Unterkunft war super schön, wir waren total begeistert von der Aussicht vom Balkon. Das Appartement war groß und voll ausgestattet. Auch die Lage war 1A - es gehen direkt von hier schöne Wege für Fahrradfahrer*innen und Wanderer*innen aus. Der Salzwasserpool und auch der Saunabereich war toll.

Das Personal war super freundlich, leider hat man es eigentlich nie angetroffen, so dass man bei der Abfahrt offene Rechnungen wirklich bar und passend braucht, was ich finde nicht immer gegeben ist. Auch fanden wir den Check out bis 9:30 Uhr unangenehm, gerade mit Kleinkind, teilweise schwierig. Dass man das Appartement möglichst sauber hinterlässt ist für mich selbstverständlich, die Anforderungen mit sonstiger Rechnung von 50€ finde ich jedoch etwas doll. Trotzdem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Einen Besuch Wert!

Wir kommen zum zweiten Mal zu dieser Anlage. Die Wohnung ist, mit allem was man braucht, ausgestattet. Man hat Schwimmbad, Sauna, Tennis- oder Fußballplatz auf dem Gelände. Es sind gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Fahrradwege sind gut ausgelegt. Es ist ruhige Gegend und freundliche Menschen.

Zwischen zwei unseren Aufenthalten liegen 9 Jahre dazwischen. Manche Möbelstücke sind in die Jahre gekommen.

Schönes kleines Appartement

Der Check in war total unkompliziert. Obwohl wir erst abends ankamen, fanden wir die Schlüssel und alle notwendigen Informationen vor. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Appartement war auch sehr sauber. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich in etwa 500 Metern Entfernung und frische Brötchen kann man für jeden Tag in die Unterkunft bestellen. Obwohl es eine Appartement-Anlage ist, haben wir von den Nachbarn fast nichts mitbekommen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man hat nur wenige Minuten zu gehen, um auf den Dammweg zu gelangen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
