Very pleasant and comfortable.

Location was busy but not a real problem. Breakfast was good but some days there was more variety than others.

Communication re cost of accommodation was not forthcoming when we added an extra person.

Pobyt był dla nas wyjątkowo przyjemny w niesamowitym otoczeniu. W pobliżu znajdują się 2 bardzo przyjemne ośrodki narcia

Strefa saun jest bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Hotel znajduje się bardzo blisko przystanku autobusowego dzięki czemu jest łatwa komunikacja skibusem i do innych miejscowości (karta autobusowa). Zaraz przy hotelu znajduje się duży market spożywczy. Śniadanie jest małe ale w zupełności wystarczające.

Kurz gesagt wir können diese Haus wärmstens jedem empfehlen!! Das Hotel ist etwas abseits der Hauptstraße gelegen, die Zimmer sind sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls richtig schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und immer für einen da falls notwendig. Der Saunabereich im UG (Finnische Sauna, Dampfbad, Sprudelbecken, Infrarotkabine und mehrere Ruhräume) ist ein Traum nach den Wanderungen. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr reichhaltig, viele und sehr gute Früchte, verschiedene Käsesorten, feine Brötchen, für jeden Geschmack gibt es etwas. Wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und wir kommen wieder.

- Zentrale Lage; sehr gute Anbindung an das öffentlilche Verkehrsnetz, mit dem man in ganz Süd-Tirol mobil ist - und das eigene Gefährt getrost stehen lassen kann - Freundliche, persönliche Begrüßung - Geräumiges, gemütliches Zimmer mit Ausblick - Zimmerservice ausgezeichnet - Keine störenden Innen- oder Außengeräusche - Ansprechende Ambiente: Eingangsbereich; des (Frühstückraumes); ebenso das Zimmer; schöne Spa-Räumlickkeiten - Reichliches, Frühstück mit vielfältigen Angeboten

Dazu haben wir nichts gefunden. Für große Personen könnte der Duschbereich etwas klein sein (traf für uns nicht zu).

Bella struttura, la gentilezza e attenzione del personale un grande plus!

Ottima struttura e personale gentilissimo. Abbiamo segnalato un'intolleranza alimentare per la colazione, e per tutti i 7 giorni della nostra permanenza ci hanno fatto trovare un'alternativa, direttamente sul tavolo la mattina. Buona colazione in generale, con pane e affettati freschi. Bella, pulita (e molto tranquilla) la zona spa, con sauna, bagno turco e diversi spazi di relax. Camere nella norma, sempre pulite e con vista eccezionale. Posizione comoda per le piste da sci, grazie alla fermata skibus (gratuito) a pochi metri.

Soltanto due dettagli. La posizione non è particolarmente comoda per pranzo/cena: ci sono solo un paio di ristoranti nel paesino di Lutago, ma tutti buoni e con una varietà di piatti. Inoltre, in quanto zona sciistica, mi sarei aspettato un deposito/ripostiglio per gli sci al piano terra. Alla fine li abbiamo tenuti sul balcone, quindi poco male.

Wir kommen gerne wieder. Ein Glückstreffer.

Perfekte Lage im Zentrum, nah am Skibus. Eine Talabfahrt und die Rodelstrecke endet direkt hinter dem Haus. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein familiengeführtes Hotel mit Herz statt großer Hotelburg.

Es könnten ein paar Haken mehr im Zimmer angebracht sein für Bademäntel oder nasse Skisachen.
