- Lage für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise.
- Küchenlärm im Zimmer bis 23:00 hörbar - an Schlaf nicht zu denken. - Anfrage nach Babybett via Booking blieb unbeantwortet - entsprechend war dann bei unserer Ankunft auch keines bereitgestellt. Und die anwesenden Mitarbeitenden wussten auch nicht, wo sie dieses hätten. - Frühstück wird in einem Partyraum ohne Fenster serviert. - Die Umgebung um das Hotel wirkt abgeranzt: die Holzterrasse ist morsch, uneben und zerbrösmelt, Lichterkette liegt am Boden, beim Hoteleingang und im Garten liegen Abfall und kaputte Lounges herum. - Ich musste das Personal proaktiv erinnern, dass ich das Zimmer noch nicht bezahlt hatte - und es waren mehrere Telefonate seitens Personal notwendig um herauszufinden, wie ich nun bezahlen kann. An die Inhaber: das anwesende Personal tut ihr bestes - aber geben sie ihm mehr Kompetenzen. Ansonsten wirkt der Hotelbetrieb eher unprofessionell.
