The food is outstanding, amazing presentation and super fresh. The in-house Onsen is wonderful. The staff are very helpful.
For Westerners the mattress was very thin and the pillow traditional not what we are familiar with so be mindful when booking a traditional room.

It was very nice hotel. It was very clean and convenient location for the attractions that I was interested to do. My friend and I were not quite comfortable getting into the regular Onsen, so their private bathroom to enjoy Onsen was good. Their breakfast was a fabulous!! I did not include dinner, but I recommended to include meals when you make a reservation. All the staff were very nice and their services were the top notch.
This was a perfect hotel to experience classic Japanese Ryokan.
