1.停車方便，就在房源旁邊。 2.正旁邊就有一間lawson。 3.備品充足，且有很多餐具可以使用。 4.曬衣空間充足，且有附洗衣機跟洗衣精。 5.價格便宜。
1.大樓外觀偏舊，感覺有20年以上歷史。 （房間裡面倒還好，感覺房東有努力整理過裡面，廚具都有整個換新） 2.電梯有一股味道，進去都要憋氣，樓梯也看起來不乾淨。 3.水壓偏小。 4.這次入住301，有一間房間少了一個門，如下圖，所以可能比較適合家庭入住。

広々してたとこです。
隅々のところあにホコリが溜まっていて、汚れが気になり 残念でした。 3階を予約してたんですが１階だったのも驚きました。
