It’s quite unusual at least for a person who has always lived in city appartments. It’s a real mansion with a garden. There is something magic about it.

Exquisite idyllic place to stay in the absolute calm of the nature

Staying at the Manoir des Lions was an unforgettable experience. Exquisitely restored by its owners, the manor transported me to the grandeur of the Louis XIV era—while offering all the comforts of modern living. Nestled in a peaceful village, the setting was serene and idyllic, though it's worth noting that there’s no direct transport to the nearest city. The garden was a haven of tranquility, and each morning began with a delicious, thoughtfully prepared breakfast that made the stay even more special.

Peaceful, tranquil and welcoming.

Clear instructions to access property. A stand back and look at the property moment when we saw how beautiful it was. Understanding when we had to leave early the next morning, and again clear instructions about leaving the property. Peaceful and tranquil. Garden area is fabulous and garden furniture available to sit and read and relax. Room was very comfortable overlooking the garden and quiet making drifting off to sleep easy. Good shower and ample towels. Comfy bed. Whilst we never met Madame she text and informed us of everything we needed which was useful and kind. A one night stay but a perfect and relaxing stay.

Aristocratic little chateau. If there is a chance to stay there - take it.

During our trip through France in the late spring we stayed in 6 different places, all good and had something unique, but Manoir des Lions de Tourgéville won as the most impressive! It's a chateau, not large, but true. Only chickens which live there worth the visit, not to mention to room's and overall house aristocratic interior. We stayed only 1 night and didn't want to leave.

Amazing bed and breakfast outside Deauville. Lovely gardens, very comfortable room, facilities and decor all lovely (antiques in bedrooms, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom with view of the garden). Decorated in typically French style. Great breakfast including home made jams, croissants, yoghurts, fresh fruit, eggs and coffee. First rate.

The Manor House is in a great location and is full of character. Beautifully decorated with a fine balance between the grandeur of the past and modern facilities. The garden is lovely with lots of places to sit and enjoy the surroundings including the hosts free-range chickens! Chilled champagne and beer available to buy from the rooms fridge...just what we needed at the end of a long day to sit and relax in the garden. Superb breakfast too with extensive range of breads and full continental options.

The building looks very pretty, old style, and that is exactly what we like. Good design, made with love and taste, also inside. Very nice host. Good breakfast. Quiet place. Very fast internet, by the way.

An amazing place to stay, you will feel like you are in a movie. An old unique house but very clean and well planned. Clean big bathroom, a great gateway and only a 10 minute drive to the center of Deauville. Great breakfast. I really recommend everyone to stay at that place you won't regret itm
