The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed.
The toilet was not working properly for the first few days and I had to keep asking for maintenance. The WIFI is also very slow at times.

Value for money to the highest degree. Excellent breakfast, kind staff, very clean rooms with daily cleaning. And low prices. A lot of great restaurants and shops just in the local area where prices are much lower than in most of central Istanbul. See the photo for a specific restaurant that I ate at daily. It was mouth watering and so good with generous portions and so friendly staff.
Nothing I didn’t like.

Breakfast was good but too much cheese and less fruits that some days had no fruit or bad fruit
1.The noise from the renovations was too much during the day as I had to rest after coming from the hospital..
2. There is one big man at the reception who was never helpful in any way even after translating the question into Turkish. I dont know whether he just disliked me because I was black. He never made any effort even to look at me when I was at the front desk. Yet his other colleague was very friendly and helpful.
