Close to the water, restaurant.

Shower was useless, too small and the fixture was broken, Poor quality towels. Hot plate didn't work, host couldn't fix - but we did manage to find a microwave to use. There is a tennis court and we looked over it from our balcony. They have lessons and social tennis going on, which I found a bit weird and noisy. We were in a very small 2 bedroom apartment,

Good price for valeu

We chose this place because it is close to Solaris resort (4 min by car). The rooms ware clean, we had a reserved parking space, and working airconditioning in the apartment. The kitchen was well equiped.

Comfortable and tidy accomodation close to beach. Highly recommended.

Our host was amazing. Thanks to her smile and positive attitude she made our vacation even more special. Accomodation is very comfortable and very close to beautiful beach, which is not as crowded as others. It is very close to Sibenik and you can get Uber there for very reasonable price. In the area there are great restaurants and bakeries in walk distance or by car you can go to bigger shops.

The only negative is wifi, which is okay for browsing but not for video streming or working. Everything else was great.

Peaceful and calm stay

Very calm place, with plenty of space to park the car outside and 3 minutes walk to the beach. Tennis court, a bar and washing facilities within the facilities. Some restaurants nearby, reasonably priced and good food. Good air-conditioning system.

Not easy to get a Uber/Bolt taxi from 23h to pick you up. You need to close the doors to avoid the mosquitos during the night. The biggest supermarket is 20 minutes walk away. The air-conditioning is only available in the kitchen (if you want to cool down the rooms, you need to leave the door open)

Liegt unmittelbar am Strand, gut ausgestattete Küche

Die Loggia ist direkt am Tennisplatz, somit war diese immer mit Ziegelstaub voll. Die Handtücher wurden auch nicht trocken. Das Platzangebot drinnen war etwas spärlich. Für 2 Personen passend, mit 2 Kindern doch etwas eng. Die Küche ist zwar gut ausgestattet, aber wirklich sehr klein. Arbeitsfläche ist gar nicht vorhanden. Zum Kochen eignet sie sich also nicht.

Nefunkční konvice, z klimatizace kapala voda, rozkládací pohovka rozlámaná a nešla pořádně rozložit a zarazil nás poplatek za ubytování i když měl již uhrazen. Ale to jsou jen drobnosti celkově to bylo fajn

Top Lage. Hygiene muss verbessert werden. Ausstattung minimalistisch.

Lage war top. Super nah am Meer. Supermarkt und Gastronomie fussläufig erreichbar. Inhaber waren sehr nett.

Extrem schmutzig, besonders Toilette mag man kaum betreten. Boden klebte. Badezimmer dreckig. Einrichtung war positiv gesprochen minimalistisch.

Mauvaise expérience

L'emplacement calme tout proche de la petite ville de Zablace et proche de la promenade Saint Nicholas qui est magnifique.

La propriétaire nous a demandé de payer la taxe de séjour qui était déjà payé sur booking (booking me l'a confirmé à notre retour), la clim ne rafraîchissait que le salon ( il faisait très très chaud dans la chambre), il n'y avait pas de machine à laver comme indiqué sur le descriptif booking, l'accès se faisait par quelques marches (donc attention, pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite contrairement à ce qui est mentionné sur le descriptif) et le meilleur pour la fin, nous avons oublié 2 pantalons en lin avec ma fille, certes, c'est notre faute mais j'ai contacté la propriétaire dès que je m'en suis aperçu (plusieurs jours après vu la chaleur) et elle m'a dit qu'elle les avait trouvé, qu'elle a attendu 2 jours et soi-disant qu'elle les a jeté ( au lieu de nous envoyer un message pour nous prévenir, ça s'appelle du savoir-vivre). Bref, grosse déception sur cet appartement, la propriétaire n'est pas honnête c'est la 1ère fois que ça nous arrive sur booking😔

Einen Urlaub zu 100% Wert

Ein kleines Appartement mit viel Charme. Wir hatten eine kleine Küchenzeile mit 2 Herdplatten. Kühlschrank. Gefrierschrank. Es war für uns ideal. Die Aussicht ist einfach klasse. Man sieht das Meer, die Berge und kann nur ein paar Meter entfernt baden. Für uns war es einfach klasse. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Smród stęchlizny w pokoju. Wilgotność lokalu chyba 200%. Suche ubrania powieszone rano na wieszaku- rano śmierdziały ; wilgotne a nawet mokre. Podgrzewacz wody w kuchni grozi porażeniem prądem., Gniazdka z ryzykiem porażenia, na miejscu plac budowy z wieloma niebezpiecznymi wystającymi prętami, strach dzieci na podwórko wypuścić. Generalnie BARDZO NIE POLECAM.
