Dijana is a responsive hostess and the property has impressive views.

The location is close to everything. Granted it does require climbing some steps, but as 60+ year old travelers, that was not a big problem. The mattress was one of the best we experienced during our holiday. We slept well.

The use of the booking.com portal to communicate with the property owner made check-in take longer than it should have. The owner was responding to our messages, but the responses arrived by email 8 hours after they were sent. We were able to reach Dijana by phone and completed the check-in process via that means.

Very cumbersome experience did not enjoy much

It was close to the sea front

It was very difficult to find out there was nobody there to help you. It requires many stairs to take your luggage up, not recommended for old people. The ventilation was very poor. Windows were very small overlooking the sea at a distance, only a partial view.

The number of stairs involved in getting to, and into, the apartment. There were even stairs involved with getting to/from the bathroom. The distance to the parking. I suggest both of these be noted in the listing for people who are mobility limited.

Great spot, wonderful owner, for those who look for authentic experiences when travelling. Great small town close to Krka national park which is wonderful. Wish I could have stayed longer. Better home base then bigger cities like split in my opinion.

Wonderful Stay in Old Town

The Apt is in the old town and reachable by foot only, but the nice host will bring you there and explain everything you need for a nice stay. The private parking just in front of steps to reach in 5 minutes by foot the Apt is an addicional value for money. The view from the Apt is wonderful, the beach, the sea and near islands. The bed is huge and very comfortable, wifi perfectly working. Very good position to visit old town and its interesting monuments as well as to enjoy near beach. Pictures on Booking are realistic and we will be back again if there will be any occasion.

Lovely location with parking spot

Really appreciated the parking spot! The host was so kind to come meet us and show where it is. Convenient location for parking and the room is just a couple minute walk. The apartment is very well located in the old town. The room is big and spacious, it’s old and quirky but perfectly comfortable and super clean. There is even a washer if you need it.

Nothing in particular. The AC seemed to shut itself off automatically after a while. No big deal.

The apartment is in an excellent location in Sibenik and close to all of the important sights. The sea view is superb and especially on a bright, sunny day in summer. It is less than 200 metres from several good restaurants and pubs.

Traditional style of holidays in Sibenik

Very special vibes of an old town and traditional style. In the meanwhile very clean and spacious for a big group (rooms are not separated by the doors). There is also everything you need for cooking. On top of all wonderful view, vibes and a welcoming host :)

Despite the difficulty in locating the property, the owner was very helpful. It was a period property with character.

The GPS from Booking.com took us to the wrong address so we had trouble finding the place. After a few attempts I manged to get hold of the owner and she sent her husband to me and I followed him to the parking spot.

Magical holiday in Sibenik

Location is fantastic, three windows with sea view. 🌊 Private parking place from the seashore-city centre. Then a little walk up, tipical narrow beautiful streets lead to the apartment above. 🏩 The most beautiful st Jacob Cathedral can be seen from the window on the left side. The apartment is fully equipped, you have everything you need if you wanna cook. Big fridge and frizer, dishwasher and washing machine too. Very comfortable. 🎀 And Dog Friendly 🐕🐶 And the owners are very nice, helpful and kind! Thanks for everything.🌞

Beautiful Vintage flat

Dear travelers, in case you are staying at Sibenik, be mindful that this is a medieval town. That means steep staircases and hills. I'm sharing this information because I did not know and traveling a my big suitcase its not ideals. You can leave your suitcase at the bus station for storage and take a small bag. Sibenik is a very small town, and you can see everything in one day, so a small bag with clothes would have been enough. Yet the host was very cordial and helped me with the luggage. The apartment is beautiful and spacious with an ocean view. the location is perfect to walk around and see the landmarks.

The neighbors were loud but that has nothing to do with the host.

The location is perfect in a quiet street in the old Town. You also have a parking space for free not far from the appartment. The apartment was big and you have a beautiful view on the sea. The owner is super nice and gave me useful advices to visit the city.
