The apartment is located in a built in 2010, architecturally exceptional and modern facility in terraced style, in the upper district of Maderno, on a hillside in the midst of an olive grove.
The location of the apartment offers an optimal mix between peace on the one hand and proximity to the center and the local attractions on the other. The 55 square meter apartment is an oasis and ideal for two people. The large terrace offers panoramic views of Lake Garda, especially impressive are the evening at sunset and the view of the lights of the opposite shore.
At the top level of the condominium, you can relax on 130 sqm swimming pool with sun area. Also from here you have an impressive panoramic view of the lake.
With the fully equipped modern fitted kitchen, guests can prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner to enjoy on the leafy terrace.
The apartment includes a lockable garage with automatic roller door
and an additional separate (uncovered) car parking space.

Hier kann man einen wunderschönen Urlaub verleben. Die moderne und sehr ordentliche Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, die Lage mit dem Panoramablick am Rande des Ortes ist beeindruckend. Der sehr freundliche Vermieter hat uns im Vorfeld hervorragend mit allen organisatorischen Details zu Anreise und Aufenthalt versorgt und war bei Bedarf umgehend erreichbar, was den Urlaub sehr unkompliziert gemacht hat. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert! Wir möchten uns bei dem Gastgeber ganz herzlich bedanken.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Der Zustand der Wohnung ist tadellos. Sie entspricht den Inserat.
Die Terrasse ist wunderbar, sehr groß mit einem fantastischen Ausblick..
Die Wohnung in der Anlage ist sehr ruhig, allerdings waren auch nicht alle Wohnungen belegt.
