Giacomo, il proprietario), molto gentile e disponibile.
Il fatto di poter avere un ombrellone da portarsi in spiaggia senza comprarne uno, è molto utile soprattutto per chi vola.
La posizione è ottima perchè in 5 minuti a piedi si è sulla strada principale dove ci sono negozi, bar e ristoranti.
Camera molto pulita e tranquilla.
Molto comodo il frigo in camera per poter rinfrescare le bevande durante la notte.
Piccolo parcheggio gratuito a disposizione, bisogna avere fortuna per trovare un posto visto che intorno ci sono altri condomini

L’accoglienza e la cordialità di Giacomo ti fanno sentire a tuo agio da subito. Posizione perfetta per visitare Villasimius, strategica per raggiungere le spiagge nelle vicinanze e soprattutto abbiamo dormito benissimo nel silenzio della notte. Frigorifero e macchina da caffè con cialde, molto graditi. Grazie! Alla prossima :)

Struttura gestita molto bene da Giacomo, l’host, con grande gentilezza ed efficacia.
Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Villasimius e per visitare le meravigliose spiagge del Sud Sardegna.
Struttura pulita, con possibilità di prendere in prestito ombrellone da portare in spiaggia!

The location is close to the town centre
The property did not offer breakfast "for security reasons due to covid"...The price for a similar property with no breakfast is way too expensive. The price should have been lower considering that no breakfast was offered. The owner claims that this property is a guest house, not a B&B. However on Booking.com it clearly shows as B&B. As per Italian law a B&B must offer breakfast. A friend of mine stayed at a better place and had breakfast included for a cheaper price. Also, there was hair in the shower, the shower drain was blocked for the whole stay and there was a lot of dust on the bed frame. The bed was cleaned after I complained but the rest of the things that I mentioned stayed the same. I regret having cancelled a reservation for a hotel that costed a bit more but was completely worth the money. A B&B with no breakfast cannot cost almost like a 4 star boutique hotel with breakfast and room with balcony. I am sorry but would not recommend this place.
