Posizione top, grande accoglienza, camera ampia con accesso al giardino. Possibilità di parcheggio a pagamento a modico prezzo vicino alla struttura.
Nel giardino era presente un forte odore di mare, che lo rendeva utile per stendere i panni, ma non fruibile.
