The location is great, the host was kind. The room was spacious with a nice terrace and as of now it still has a great view (a new building is being built close to it and it may hide the view).
The fridge was turned-off when we got there and we had difficulties turning it on... it still had water inside from the melted ice. Also the bathroom has very low light and there was no soap.

Very friendly and helpful host. Great location, balcony and view. Easy check-in/check-out. The AC worked fine.
Definitely the apartment needs a refurnishing and repainting. It is relatively clean, but the old furniture, the curtains and especially the carpet in the bedroom cause feeling of a heavy, dusty and stuffy air. The boiler has insufficient capacity for more than one person. No soap in the bathroom. Far from the best value for money in this area. No parking, but you can use the one at the marina for 6 euro per 24 hours. Prepayment of 30% by bank transfer (no card option) is not very convenient.
