Tiene una parcela reservada en la calle, enfrente del edificio, lo que se agradece mucho. La entrada al edificio esta por la parte trasera del mismo. Luego hay que subir unas escaleras hasta un primer piso. Piso anplio, silencioso, sin olores, y bien equipado. Solo tiene aire acondicionado en la habitación, pero ya lo sabiamos. El wifi va muy bien. Es bastante centrico. Recomendable si vas a tener que alojarte en Sozopol. La anfitriona siempre estaba atenta, y contestaba rápido.
Le falta una placa de cocina o vitroceramica. Con la ducha bulgara, se moja todo el suelo del cuarto de baño, y hay que recoger el agua, y esperar a que se seque, se podia evitar colocando una simple cortina de baño. Por lo demas todo bien.
