Good for family and holiday staying

The Host can't speak english. But she tries to help and answers inquiring. It is in real farm with enough space. The views are great. 100% recommend to self driving tourists. Would like to come back. It's only 15 minutes driving to Ortisei where you can take cables to Seceda, Alpe di Siusi and more.

I definitely would like stay there again.

I really liked the location of this property. We booked two bedrooms, and the view outside the windows was beautiful. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and the kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of cookware for preparing meals. Although the owners didn't speak much English, we were able to communicate, and they were very kind.

I wish the WiFi was a bit smoother.

A bit outside of town and up a winding road, but a perfect place to spend the night. Very well-fitted kitchen, and the SPAR in town is excellent.

appartment is big, st Ulrich reachable within 15mins by car

room temperature 14-18C. heating was on 7:00-8:00 and 18:00-20:00 while outside temperature -2C. The rooms were so cold that we wore jackets. I asked for more heating which resulted in 18C in rooms with 1year old child. Room was paid via booking, but we were still asked to Pay with cash without any receipt 😏

Big apartment that needs to be modernised.

Big apartment with two bedrooms and a kitchen with a living room and with a balcony. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. We liked the location but you most definitely need a car there to buy groceries etc. The owner is very nice.

The apartment needs some modernising. The furnitures are quite old, and the shower in the bathroom is leaking. Also, there was not enough light in the living room. Also, be aware that there is a construction just in front of the house, of which we weren't aware of. It seems like the owners are building a new house there.

Great stay

Perfect place to stay during our visit to the Dolomiti. Everything was very clean and confortable, the apartment was very big and very well equipped. During the night it was quiet and you can see a great sky full of stars in the balcony.

The apartment is beautiful! Such a perfect place to enjoy a few days of hiking and isolation.

It was difficult to get ahold of the host and the apartment didn't have some basic thing we were expecting like garbage bags or hand soap.

Great stay !!

- The location of this house is very nice. ( thought you have to drive steep narrow road up hill a bit to get there so car is necessary). But then once you arrive at the location, the view from the house itself is breathtaking. When we arrived there in the late afternoon, the whole area covered with fog and couldn't see anything whereas later in the evening it got cleared and we were amazed to see the beauty of this area. - Small slide for children to play - Kitchen was equipped with necessary things - Bed was comfortable. - The owner was very kind thought she hardly understands English but we were able to communicate with her so that was fine.

- The floor and room was bit cold when we arrived and took some time before it got warm and cosy but after that it was fine.

LO SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE

La posizione era buona, a pochi km da Castelrotto e da Ortisei.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento a piano terra. Al nostro arrivo l’ambiente puzzava di muffa e di chiuso. Struttura non pulita, pieno di ragni e ragnatele. La casa era infestata da forcole. Lenzuola vecchie e addirittura con buchi. Materasso, rete e cuscino estremamente scomodi. Pavimento sporco, ripiani e cucina impolverati. Piano cottura mal funzionante. Divano vecchio e sporco. Asciugamani e tappetino per il bagno VECCHI. Ambiente assolutamente da PULIRE e rinnovare. Addirittura era sporco il ‘’portachiavi’’, un laccetto rosa tutto sporco di nero, giusto per farvi rendere conto.

Leuke uitvalsbasis voor een weekje

Alles is netjes, ruim, en schoon. De verhuurster is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, we mochten zelfs een keer haar wasmachine gebruiken (zie minpunten). Masterbedroom heeft een eigen douche/toilet, prima. Woonkeuken wat aan de krappe kant, maar voor een paar dagen prima te doen. Uitzicht op het dal is erg fraai.

Wat ons enorm verbaasde en tegenviel: er is geen wasmachine. Wij mochten bij aankomst onze was laten doen door de verhuurster, maar dat doe je ook maar 1 keer. Met wat handwasjes en opsparen van wasgoed redden we het wel een weekje, maar voor een gezin met kleine kinderen is dit zeker niet ideaal. Nog iets om rekening mee te houden: de wifi is "aanwezig", maar bereikt amper de 50kbps. Daarbij komt dat het mobiel bereik ook matig is, en een hotspot dus ook lastig wordt. Het appartement ligt prima op een heuvel, en ligt plm 3,5km van het dorpje. De weg er naar toe is een doorgaande weg zonder fietspad of trottoir, ook iets om rekening mee te houden mocht je naar het dorp willen wandelen.

L emplacement était magnifique et logement au calme.

C est un logement tout compte fait pour 2 adultes et non 3. Le troisième se retrouve dans le canapé lit avec peu d espace. Le canapé et les chaises en tissus sont tachés.
