Hans en de Italiaanse dame zijn zeer hartelijk en meedenkend. Ze zijn heel behulpzaam. Het ligt wat ver van alles, maar omdat Hans zo behulpzaam is, is dat geen probleem. Heelijk bed, heerlijke douche en heerlijk ontbijt

the room as well as the bathroom were very clean; we had a problem taking the exit to a mountain pass and came VERY late, the owner waited for us which we appreciated a LOT, especially when travelling with a child
I think we may have been given a room where someone had previously been smoking. We are ABSOLUTE non-smokers, and even the towels smelled of smoke. I also think we may have been the only guests there, and unfortunately the room was freezing.

Sehr freundliches Hotel mit tollem Service. Wir standen im Verkehr fest und trotzdem wurde extra länger auf uns gewartet – das ist heute nicht selbstverständlich. Vielen Dank für die freundliche und unkomplizierte Betreuung. Immer wieder gerne!

Purtroppo non è stato possibile soggiornare x’ il proprietario mi ha chiamata x dirmi che la camera era già stata assegnata.
Però si è premurato di trovarci un’altra sistemazione. Avevo prenotato la sera prima e la mattina mi ha chiamata. Ci siamo trovati già in viaggio, ma senza alloggio. Comunque non mi sento di dare un giudizio negativo, ma consiglio, se prenotate il giorno prima del soggiorno, di chiamare x sincerarsi che la prenotazione sia andata a buon fine.
Lo sforzo nel trovarci un’alternativa è stato apprezzato.
