The location was amazing, we walked everywhere, or took a bus, that was free thanks to the card we received at the reception. Kitchen was very useful and balcony specious to play with my daughter or dry clothes. When it got cold the heating got on. I admired free parking and tried both, inside garage and outside, both without issues.
I didn’t understand the system of cleaning and recycling, we had to take out our garbage and we were told there is red bin for plastic or bottles, but there was only blue. Also if you have a kid on extra bed, you need extra plate etc, everything was per 2. Anyways I am sure these could be fixed at the reception.

Decent location, simple facilities that are functional.
Staff attitude could be better. Check-in experience was pretty cold (I.e. typically German) and to the point. When checking out, we were asked whether we had a German checking card since that was the only form of payment they would accept. Given that we reserved on booking.com from a US address, the question was plenty redundant we were treated to a guilt trip before the credit card machine came out after all and we were able to settle the bill. That place is run like it’s the 1990s...
