Personale gentilissimo, vicinanza al centro di Cervia e la possibilità di fare colazione/brunch fino alle 13
Camera con molta polvere e pulizia generale da migliorare, pochi posti auto e nonostante noi l’avessimo prenotato in anticipo, per l’ultimo giorno era occupato da un altra auto e abbiamo dovuta lasciarla in doppia fila e siamo stati chiamati in camera per spostarla. Da un quattro stelle mi aspettavo migliori pulizie e qualche servizio in più, anche in base al prezzo pagato.

Amazing location. We loved the employees, Antonio, at breakfast and brunch was very kind and helpful. Buffet was quite nice and rich and lunch differed every day. Good value for money for families with small children.
The room was rather small. We didn’t know where to put our things. We also brought a small dog, 2,5 kg and we received a welcome kit. However, we paid 20 euros extra per day.
Be careful when paying the tourist tax. Children are exempt! We paid it but after we checked with the council office, we asked to be reimbursed, which we did.

la posizione
La pulizia soprattutto della doccia, anche molto usurata, l’ordine degli asciugamani trovati tutti accatastati. Lo spazio tra il bidet e la doccia praticamente rendeva impossibile lavarsi. L’ ambiente si presenta molto molto umido e caldo a partire dagli spazi comuni (scale)
