They charged me for sea view, but gave me city view?????

I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay—it truly felt like home. The unit was commendable, and the staff exceeded my expectations. ✅ Location: This was what I loved most about the place. It’s within walking distance of the main mall, and everything is highly accessible. Restaurants are everywhere—from fast food to mid-range and high-end dining, offering Filipino, Asian, and Western cuisine. Nearby are massage spas, convenience stores, markets, banks, casinos, gig spots, parks, and churches. Even Luneta Park, where I jogged a few times, is only about a mile away. ✅ Check-in: The process was smooth and hassle-free. I only needed to present my ID, and a ₱2,000 cash security deposit was required. I didn’t have enough cash on hand at the time, but the front desk lady was kind enough to allow me to settle it later. They provided two access cards: one for the room and another for the gate. ✅ Staff: The front desk staff were friendly and approachable. I requested an extension cord, and it was delivered promptly. The housekeeping staff were exceptional—very polite, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. ✅ Room (22nd Floor): There were a few instances when the elevator malfunctioned, with the doors repeatedly opening and closing, but overall it remained functional and there were no long waiting lines. 1️⃣ Room Space & Comfort The room size is ideal for two people. It was clean, well-maintained, and smelled fresh. The bed was large and comfortable, with soft pillows and a comforter that smelled nice and clean. Thankfully, there were no bugs or stains. The air conditioner is a bit old, but it cooled the room effectively, so it wasn’t an issue for me. The unit also has a veranda overlooking Robinsons Manila, which could have been a perfect chill spot, although the AC exhaust is located there and there were no tables or chairs. The Smart TV worked fine, though I barely used it. Internet connection was decent overall despite occasional downtimes. 2️⃣ Kitchen Area The kitchen setup was one of the highlights for me since I cooked a lot during my stay. They provided two bottles of water, coffee, creamer, sugar, dishwashing liquid, and a sponge. Kitchen appliances included a single-burner electric stove, rice cooker, kettle, microwave, and refrigerator. Kitchenware was also complete: frying pans, casserole/pressure cooker, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, utensils, spatula, knife, and chopping board. I appreciated having almost everything I needed. Adding a basin, colander, and broomstick would make the setup even better. 3️⃣ Comfort Room Toiletries were provided, although I brought my own so I wasn’t able to use them. The shower heater worked properly, but the shower knob was a bit cranky and needed several turns before fully switching off. Thankfully, there were no leaks from the bidet hose or lavatory sink. The running water also didn’t have a rusty taste or smell, which made it pleasant for washing my face and brushing my teeth. ✅ Parking: Free parking was included, which was a huge plus. The only downside was that the parking area was located on the 7th floor, and the ramp was quite steep and narrow. 🎯 Overall, super sulit for the price. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again. Thank you so much, JMM Grand Suites!
