location is excellent right near the metro , lots of local shops, supermarket, cafes , Starbucks , bakery, The staff at front desk were friendly . near the Eiffel tour , clean

the price is alot but the position / location is what sends the price up. the cleaning lady had odd ways of cleaning ... would clean the room next door early but leave mine till 3/4 in the afternoon to do

Room space, hotel location and staff is very attentive

Not that I don’t like but as this hotel is on top of a Metro station, you can hear the sound of the metro arriving every 5 minutes. It’s not loud but it feels like a “earthquake”. the first times.

Room was clean and cosy. Staff was very helpfull at any situation. Location was pretty well cause Eiffell tower can reach in 10 min easy walk, nearby are located some shops, coffee house, bars, restourants.

In the room was kettler and coffee machine, just coffee mashine did not work. At the room was feeling little vibration of nearby train rail.

Location, Cleanliness

It’s definitely not worth the price. While some of the staff — especially a few of the male team members — were kind and helpful, the overall attitude at the reception could have been more welcoming. A warmer and more guest-friendly approach from everyone, regardless of role, would have made a big difference. For example, when we asked for an extra bottle of water for our additional night, we received a rather cold response, which felt unnecessary. The location is central, yes, but honestly, for this price, it’s just not worth it. The elevator was out of order for two full days and still wasn’t working when we checked out. The staff kindly helped carry our luggage down several floors, which we appreciated — but overall, the experience was a disappointment.
