This beautiful waterfront home overlooks a quiet Gulf water canal directly connected to the Gulf of Mexico. It is five minutes away from the Gulf Harbor Club private beach on the Gulf of Mexico (for renters who book 6 months or more) where you can watch the beautiful ocean sunset while enjoying a cocktail and cookout (the club membership fee has been paid by the owner is free for you). Free parking is available on the beach. The beach has 21 pavilions with picnic tables, barbeque grills, restroom facilities and showers. It is also accessible by bike.
Since this vacation home is a waterfront home, you can actually fish from the backyard deck (a fishing pole is provided by the owner for free use). If you have a boat, you can dock your boat at the backyard and sail to the Gulf of Mexico along the canal. No bridge in between. There is a boat ramp available to you (for free) in our community. You can swim in the heated pool and play tennis on the community tennis courts.
This is a fully furnished vacation home with linens provided. Just bring your clothes and personal items and the rest is provided for you in this vacation home. This vacation home is equipped with a full size kitchen with refrigerator, electric four-head stove, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, utensils and an office with a desk, chair and futon that can be converted into a full size bed in under a minute.
This vacation home is located about 45 minutes from Tampa International Airport. It is close to Clearwater beach (35 minute drive, public transportation is also available), St. Pete beach (45 minutes), Honeymoon Island (33 minutes, accessible by car), Sarasota White Sand Beach (1 hour and 38 minutes), Walt Disney World and Sea World (1 hour and 46 minutes), along with Busch Gardens and Adventure Island (55 minutes). Crystal River is about 45 minutes north, featuring Florida manatees. You can visit all of these fantastic tourist locations during the day and retreat to this cozy vacation home during the night in a quiet and safe Gulf Harbor community. Numerous restaurants are within a ten minute driving distance. A local grocery store, department store and community
hospital are also within a ten minute driving distance.

As for no-refund for cancellation policy:
When a guest books our vacation house for a certain period, we will take that time frame off the market and other potential guests won't be able to book the same period. If the guest cancels the booking, we would lose business for that time frame. This is why we have a no refund policy for cancellation.
However, in case that you have to cancel the booking, we will put the vacation house back on the market for that time frame. If the house is rent out, we will refund you whatever we received for the re-rent. That way, we share the risk together.

David was an excellent host very responsive to our needs. We spent a majority of our time on the enclosed porch looking out at the dock on the channel. The neighbors were very friendly. We felt very safe in this residential neighborhood. The location is close to Route 19 making it very convenient to reach many retailers. The master bedroom had 2 massive walk-in closets which were very accessible. Overall, we were very pleased with the accommodations.

We enjoyed staying at the house. David is a kind and responsive host. One thing to note: the beach is not available for use by seasonal renters. The beach attendant insists on a one year lease.

Me and my husband spend beautiful 3 months at this vacation house. The house is located in perfect location, but the house needs a of upgrades. Like all windows are leaking, don’t seals at all, so even you close the windows it may still don’t keep the A/C , or heat efficiency running. The master bathroom has roof leaking, if you seat on bathroom seats you will get some drops on your head when it’s raining. So, lots of improvements needs to be done, but overall the location is perfect, and David , the host did tremendous job fixing the house after the hurricane. He replaced the old refrigerator with the new one, which we appreciated. Also, you can have access to the “ Gulf Harbour Beach club” , doesn’t matter how long you stay, as long you pay your yearly fee (200.00) and go to Gulf Harbour management, fill the paperwork, and pay the fee. It’s worth it. We really enjoyed the private beach because the pool was not functioning after the hurricane. Overall, again, the house is in perfect location but needs a lot of upgrades, the landscaping is overgrown, the wooden fence around the house is falling apart. Otherwise, David was perfect host, and we appreciated working with him!If the house will be upgraded in the future, as to the current living standards, we will rent it again!Thank you David for such a wonderful job fixing the house after the hurricane!
