It is a beautiful place and room with friendly staff.
Breakfast was nice. Bed very comfortable and aircon nice and cold.
I requested secure parking upon arrival no secure parking had to park off street didnt want to because had items in the bootlet and car is brand new so we were very worried...The tv's didnt work we were 6 ppl booked 3 rooms not 1 tv set worked which was kind of boring...connecting a phone to wifi was a struggle and the room i booked on booking.com with a framed bed was not the same as the room we got so im very dissapointed as the amount I paid for the king room was more than some very grand hotels which were my 1st choice but photos on the site and thinking the tvs work and the wifi is good influenced me to choose this place. Also the room with the jet bath we were not informed that its a normal bath only and doesnt work so pls update photos on booking.com so the name and the actual pics correspond and dont advertise fast or stable wifi if not or flat screen dstv channels when it didnt have signal.

The staff was excellent, and really went the extra mile helping in a myriad of ways after the airline lost my bag. They made calls on my behalf, and even washed the one set of extra clothes I had in my carry-on for me. They arranged our transfer to the Game Lodge and our pick up from the airport. Breakfast was excellent, and the property is very charming.

The reception lady was nice and caring.
Noise early morning from kitchen staff, went for breakfast came back the sheets were gone before check out. The lodge needs a lick of paint, it’s a bit too rustic.
