Nice garden
This is probably the worst experience in terms of hospitality I have ever experienced.
1) Upon arrival, there is no sign outside, so we called and the host then peaked out the door, but instead of coming out and greeting us, she just shut the door again. After that we were informed about all the rules, and when we asked how come the "private bathroom" had no toilet, she already got upset. The room is sold as having a private bathroom... well this is a shower in the room, and doesnt include a toilet. You have to share toilets with the other guests, and the one on same floor, you could only use at night, butu not during daytime, as it was the other guests bathroom. The one intended for us was downstairs and didnt even have a lock on the door... incredible.
2) There is only your room and the garden, and no other place to stay. The garden us very nice and weather was good, so no problem, but had it been rain, then only the bed to sit in the room.
3) There is no trash bin, so you are informed about how she has to sort all the garbage, which is why she instructed us to leave everything outside the kitchen door. At our departure we did that, and her dog stole a chicken bone form the garbage, and then she freaked out and started telling how this could kill the dog... I'm sorry, but we just did as instructed Madame...
4) The night before our departure, we asked if we could keep the room for two more hours, as I wanted to take a bike ride and my wife would love to relax and swim in the pool. We were told that that was not possible, due to cleaning lady coming, and we then asked if it was ok to stay and use the pool, until 13.00, and she agreed to that, and even said we could use the shower. Apparently she forgot all about that the next day... so when I was out biking, she basically threw my wife out, and claimed that she had never agreed to us staying... which a complete lie!
5) There is more, but Booking.com doesn't allow more space to warn others

A very beautiful B&B in an idyllic place! Very comfortable beds, a nice garden and very good breakfast. The host is a super friendly and nice person.
We missed having a fridge where we could cool our food and drinks. We always had to disturb the host for our beverage’s from his personal fridge.

Lovely stay in the rural Belgian Ardennes.
The gîte is just lovely, situated in a very quiet town. The surroundings are rural with very pretty views over the fields particularly at subset.
The host, Brigitte, is a wonder and made a lovery breakfast including eggs from their own garden chickens.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L’accueil a été chaleureux dès mon arrivée, avec un personnel vraiment attentionné, souriant et disponible tout au long de mon passage. Le relationnel est irréprochable, on se sent tout de suite à l’aise et bienvenu.
La chambre était d’une propreté exemplaire, parfaitement entretenue et très confortable. Les espaces communs sont également impeccables. Le tout dans une ambiance calme et agréable.
Je recommande vivement cet établissement — un sans-faute sur tous les points !

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, tolles Zimmer, schöner Garten zum sitzen, Restaurant 4 km um die Ecke, ruhig,vJede Menge Tiere rund um einen herum ( Schafe, kühe ,Hühner, Hund).
Besitzerin spricht Englisch.
Schotterparkplatz.... anstrengend mit Motorräder....

Visitato per lavoro ed è esattamente l’opposto di ciò che propone.
Forse in vacanza l’esperienza potrebbe essere positiva ma la mia è stata pessima: flessibilità check-in nulla, necessità di pagare con bonifico appena arrivata (pretendevano il pagamento settimane prima), colazione solo dopo le 9h, bagno in comune con altre stanze, parcheggio privato inesistente (con vicini che non apprezzano macchine non conosciute), 0 servizi promessi come microonde. Non è un relais ma un semplice B&B in mezzo al nulla con servizi nulli e alcuna ospitalità. Bambini che corrono sera e mattina e cane appena adottato che abbaia tutta sera. Mia esperienza: DA EVITARE.

Si utiliser les wc à l'étage dans dessous ne vous dérange pas, alors vous y serez bien.
La chambre et la maison sont douillets, bien décorés et très propres. La literie est très confortable. L'hôte est agréable.
Je n’ai pas apprécié de découvrir à mon arrivée que les toilettes n’étaient pas dans la chambre, mais à l’étage inférieur. Rien dans la description ne le mentionnait clairement. Au contraire, une photo montrait des toilettes qui semblaient attenantes à la chambre, ce qui prêtait à confusion. Pour une chambre à ce tarif, j’ai trouvé cela assez inconfortable et décevant. Autre détail, les chambres ne se ferment pas, elle s'ouvrent de l'extérieure.
