It is better if preparing of the room was more smoothly.

We had a fantastic stay at La Marsa Vacances and would definitely recommend it. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. We stayed in one of the updated bungalows, which was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. The whole resort was well looked after, and we really enjoyed both the pool and the sea. The restaurant is very good, but I would definitely recommend booking as it can get busy. Also, something useful to know is that if you want to use the resort facilities outside of your check-in and check-out times, you will need to purchase a day pass. There is a really handy market just across the road which had pretty much everything we needed. The entrance is on the right-hand side, so it’s worth looking out for! A few tips if you’re visiting: • Pack swimming hats as they are required for the pool. • For swimming in the sea, I’d recommend taking a little floatie – we spent so much time just relaxing in the water! • A snorkel would also be great to bring as the sea is lovely to swim in. Overall, we had a brilliant stay. Great staff, great facilities, a lovely bungalow and a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the Sicilian sunshine. We would happily return

Nice rooms, good concept with sun beds and umbrellas, plenty of space on the beach, good wifi, convenient location and lots of parking space, mostly kind staff (tall lady in the restaurant area and a guy at the reception desk were very nice), decent breakfast and OK cleaning service.

Everything is more tailored to external daily guests (day pass) than to its own clients, not so internationally oriented. On the first day we couldn't get into the room until 15:00 sharp (though there were not so many guests), breakfast only until 10:00, a bit awkward service at the bar and the pool area - staff acted like they see guests for the first time, no swimming without caps. Rooms itself are very good but beds not so comfortable. Restaurant outside is not related to the property and its guests, all in all a good place for a vacation itself but service in general could be much better.

The place was okay – the pool looked nice, but unfortunately, we weren’t allowed to swim. The area felt quite deserted and there was a lot of construction around.

e breakfast was very basic, not fresh, and offered little variety. Some items had hair on them and looked dried out. Most of the staff came across as unfriendly – only one person was kind and welcoming.
