About this apartment rental
Mondello Beach Apartment is a fantastic location in the splendid setting of Mondello. The Villa's strong point is that it is only 90 meters from the beach. The apartment is inside a 1900s Art Nouveau Villa and has a private entrance with parking spaces. Inside the villa there are other apartments that have different entrances than the Mondello Beach Apartment.
The house has a large garden where you can eat on a table under a gazebo. Guests can also use another large wrought-iron table under an olive tree. There is a barbeque available and sunbathing on the deckchairs. The house inside is composed of a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, stove, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one bedroom has an en-suite bathroom). In the living room we find a table for 6 people 2 sofas (one of which converts into a bed) and TV. Small storage cupboard.

The flat is perfectly located and maybe 3-5 minutes walk from the beautiful mondello beach and a bus stop directly in front of the apartment.We arrived by self check in, which was explained with a video. It is very big, with a well equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for up to 6 persons. There are many mosquitos, but there are nets installed on the windows, inside the flat we didn’t have a mosquito problem.The garden is very beautiful and has lots of herbs in it, which was very good for us, because we didn‘t have to buy them for our 4 days stay.There is one thing i have to criticize. The flat is a little dark, because the windows are not so big, or the windows don‘t get so much light.I would defenetly recommend Faustos apartment. The price-performance ratio is very good

Best thing about this place is location! Proximity to the beach, great snorkeling in the cliffs just south of the beach, bus stop (20 min to Pamermo) just outside the house, and great, yet affordable restaurant, in front of the house.
Fausto was helpful and responded quickly. Apartment corresponds with the pictures, somewhat dark and half-basement, but fully equipped kitchen and with everything you need. Sofa bed was good, so we used that instead of the hard mattresses in master bedroom (which, however, seems to be Sicilian standard).

Two middle aged couples shared this apartment 5 night stay. It was very comfortable and spacious. We alerted the owner to maintenance issues on our departure, namely a blocked toilet and gas cooktop issues and expect that these were attended to.
Our unit was ground floor, some call it a basement, but there was plenty of windows for light and fresh air.
The beach was close and bus stop to Palermo out the front gate, made the location near perfect. The restaurant over the road was handy for beautiful sweet treats, pizzas, lunches and gelato.
