    The location, cleanliness, staff all good. Small boutique hotel has swimming pool (we swim twice) under tropical setting, nice decorating. The staff also help me to order Taxi, save us a lot. I recommended this hotel.

    This stay was truly exceptional- from the kind staff to the prime location. Just steps away from everything you need yet it still feels like you're in your own oasis away from the city. Very authentic Thai feel. Super quiet, tranquil & phenomenal location. Can't recommend this place enough.

    We stayed for 2 nights in Villa Thapae and wish we could have stayed longer. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating from the moment we checked in. The pool area is a beautiful and a lovely place to view from the balcony. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone who wants somewhere to stay in Chiang Mai that is peaceful and also very accessible to nearby markets and the Old town.

    Really small hotel were the staff knows you and are very friendly. We had a room that had direct access to the pool but every room is literally steps away from the pool . We told the staff that we were going out for dinner and they asked if we had a reservation they got on there phone and called for us . Did not need one but was nice touch.
