Staff were helpful and the hotel breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and had daily housekeeping which was nice.
Some of the facilities were not great; our sink had a leak and our shower would start to run out of hot water. There is no heat in the room which is typical of hotels in Cusco but a space heater would have been nice as it gets quite cold at night.

The location of the property was good and it was easily accessible to plaza armas and had good restaurants near. The staff was also super helpful. We reached early to the hotel and they did everything they could to give us the room as soon as possible. They even offered us the breakfast on that day.
The only problem I had was hot water. We DO GET hot water but it take more than 5-6 min for the water to get hot.

The room was really beautiful and the bed was so comfortable.
I got a room with a jacuzzi tub and it was the main reason I got the room. The tub wouldn't plug up and the jacuzzi part was actually broken, nothing would turn on..so I didn't get to take the bath I had been so hoping for after arriving from a super long 2 day trip.
