Used as a stopover. A bit old fashioned but clean and comfortable.

Used as a stopover. A bit old fashioned but clean and comfortable. We were given an apartment which we didn't really make full use of. There was a kitchen we didn't use. Breakfast was basic but enough.

Stay away from here

Nothing - they did not open the door

We called one day before to request a late check-in, giving exactly the time of our arrival. The person in the telephone ensured us that it was possible, without problems, we only needed to call them 1 hour before our arrival. We did as indicated and no one was answering the phone. We tried 1.5 hour to get anyone in the telephone without success. We had to look for a new hotel, after 10 hours driving and with a little child in the middle of the night. We called again in the morning to clarify the situation, the person that answered the phone very rude said: yes, your fault, you were too late. And closed the phone. We tried to dialogate 2 times more and he admitted he heard we arrived but he didn't want to open the door. And closed the phone again.

Niemals mehr würde ich dieses schreckliche Etablissement besuchen, nichteinmal wenn der Aufenthalt umsonst wäre.

Die Abreise

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich man bekommt deutlich das Gefühl das man im Hause nicht erwünscht ist. Außerdem war unser Zimmer und der saunabereich sehr dreckig und von Spinnen und anderen Insekten belebt. Die Austattung ist stark im 70er Jahre Stil, was vermutlich daran liegt das seitdem nichts mehr renoviert wurde. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, die Pizza entgegen der positiven Bewertungen lieblos und ohne frisches Gemüse belegt. Preis Leistung folglich grausam.

Die Nähe zur Autobahn und das sehr gute Frühstück , vorallem der Kaffee.

La poca cura verso il Cliente da parte di alcune figure lavorative: disattente in merito ai servizi dati e nel metodo di gestione, occasionale e trascurata Un lavoro svolto con discutibile attenzione e scarsa premura, da una parte per mancanza di espressa professionalità e dall'altra per ridotta sia voglia sia passione. Quest'ultima all'apparenza determinata da stanchezza sia fisica e sia mentale, recuperabile con un adeguamento e attenzione verso il personale

Lorenz in Gossensass

Freundlicher, erstaunter Empfang, für mich alleine ein Apartment. Apartment mit Balkon und Verranda. Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder, liegt nun auch direkt an der Brenner-Radroute. Sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant, Frühstück war ganz gut. Freundliches Personal .

Persönlich mag ich mehr die härteren Matratzen.

Het ontbijt was prima, bij het hotel zit een restaurant waar je goed kunt eten. Vlotte bediening. Grote kamer en super schoon. Goede locatie voor doorreizigers, zit vlak bij de Brennerpas.

Het hotel zelf is enigszins gedateerd.

Betreiber war in Ansätzen bemüht!

Ausgelegene Schlafcouch als einziges Bett (Zimmer4), alles verwohnt, dreckige Tapete, Saunabereich mufft, Schimmel im Bad...etc. Sehr laute, hochfrequentierte Straße, somit durchgängig laut.

Hotelkamer lijkt meer op een appartement zo ruim en keuken erbij en de locatie is in een heel mooi dorpje en evengoed dichtbij de snelweg om weer snel door te reizen, hotel heeft ook een ruim en goed restaurant en ontbijt was ook prima

Goed Hotel met vriedelijke eigenaar goed restaurant maar een beetje verouderd

Locatie was goed. Ontbijt was uitgebreid. Restaurant is goed. We hadden een grote kamer met keuken en koelkast. De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De bedden vond ik een beetje hard maar dat is mijn mening.

Ganska billigt, bra läge, stort rum med kök och utgång till stor terrass, men hårda sängar.

Frukosten var helt Ok, färskt bröd riktigt med pålägg, jättegod yoghurt och många olika müsli, kakor och frukt ned mera.

Sängarna var mycket hårda, svårt att sova om man som jag helst ligger på sidan. Herr Lorenz själv talar helst en för mig svårbegriplig Tyroler tyska, men även italienska om så erfordras.

Breve, piacevole sosta

Struttura a primo impatto meravigliosa. Appartamento veramente grande, con ogni tipo di confort. La porta del salotto/ingresso affaccia su un patio verde dove si può prendere il sole, far giocare i bambini o far prendere una boccata d’aria ai nostri amici 4 zampe (che sono accettati all’interno di tutta la struttura). Colazione, con un abbondante e buon buffet, inclusa nel prezzo. Nella struttura è possibile anche mangiare una cucina tradizionale di livello, in quanto c è sia ristorante che pizzeria.

La struttura è situata in ottima posizione e la parte ristorante è molto curata. Possibilità di fare sauna e bagno turco. Abbiamo cenato presso il ristorante per 2 volte. Cibo buono e porzioni abbondanti. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.

I mobili dell'appartamento sono da rinnovare. Dormire su un divano letto, non me lo sarei mai aspettato da un tre stelle.

La colazione era decente

Accoglienza alla reception deludente; appartamento datato e in condizioni non buone, con forte odore di chiuso; il riscaldamento è stato acceso solo al momento del nostro arrivo, e per di più un termosifone non funzionava; ci siamo dovuti accontentare di una stufetta elettrica: mi sarei aspettata che ci offrissero un'altra sistemazione. Inoltre, con una temperatura esterna al di sotto dello zero, direi che avrebbero dovuto accendere prima e verificare il funzionamento dell'impianto. Invece hanno avuto il coraggio di sostenere che gli ospiti che se ne erano andati la mattina non si sono lamentati di niente! Ma quali ospiti???A mio parere, non ci aveva messo piede nessuno da un bel po'. Nel bagno c'era un cavo elettrico che penzolava dalla parete, dove presumibilmente avrebbe dovuto esserci l'asciugacapelli, con fili scoperti e bruciacchiati. Hanno pure fatto storie per il pagamento col bancomat. Angolo cottura inutilizzabile, con utensili sporchi. Rapporto qualità/prezzo: un vero e proprio furto.
