Das Badezimmer hatte extremen Schimmel im Bereich der gebrochenen Badetasse. Es kam zu Atembeschwerden auf Grund des hohen Fäulnis Geruches im Badezimmer. Im unteren Bereich der Badetasse waren Öffnungen zur Wand die bei jedem Duschvorgang mit Wasser geflutet werden. Das Zimmer war eigentlich nicht benutzbar und gesundheitsschädlich. Die Besitzer versuchen mit Geruchsstoffen das Problem zu kaschieren.
