In my view, the hotel is lovely with a relaxed feel. My room is very nice and the breakfasts were very good. The free Shuttle is a big plus when getting around the village. One complaint was that it was hard to get coffee in the morning, as there are no self-serve options. My biggest complaint was the variability in quality of service and attitudes of staff members, some extremely courteous and helpful, while others were rude, and made you feel like you were being done a big favour when asking for information. This is especially true about the Concierges. I had a very unfortunate experience around getting ski passes and because of the inadequate information I was provided, I ended up paying much more than I ought to have. The hotel is pricey. However, my experience overall was good.

The location is great, the ski service isn’t as personal as other hotels in the area as you need to take your own skis out to the slopes, the food in the two specialised restaurants was very poor, and when we detailed this the staff were surprised (but after checking trip advisor this seems to be a common problem) they do have a Michelin guide reference shown but the food is well below the Michelin star standards
