The staff was friendly. They made sure my brother and I had rooms near each other as requested, and they were understanding when we called to tell them we'd be late for check-in. The location had beautiful views. The room was a good size. The tap water was refreshing. The water temperature from the faucets heated and cooled quickly.
The room was uncomfortably hot, and there wasn't a ceiling or floor fan available. I thought the room I booked had a bathtub, but the one I stayed in did not. The bed made awful noises when trying to get in and out of it. The TV did not have access to streaming services to watch while decompressing at night. Also, there was a tear in the painting on the wall over my bed.
