Had a very pleasant stay , friendly and helpful staff , nice big room. Would recommend the hotel.

Guests complained that they were booked in a non air conditioned room whereas it was too hot outside. there was no option in booking with or without AC. in the booking, i have seen AC as part of the facility provided.

Very nice, big room and good location, friendly staff.

Very friendly staff, they even called us because our arrival time was a bit later then planned. Big family room, clean, nice bathroom. A lot of parking space. Good location, as we were in transit, but also the town and area seems to have a lot to offer to explore. We certainly, if nearby, would stay again.

It was a hot period, so a bit warm inside the hotel. The room airco's functioned well, but they were noisy, not convenient to let it on in the night.

Breakfast was good. Staff was ok. Location of the hotel was good.

Temperature management in the room was very bad. The windows are placed badly, air flow was not able to reach the bed area. The temperature in the room was beyond 35°C even though the windows were opened during the night. I had to abort my stay after two nights because I did not get any sleep due to the high heat. Managing the temperature during times were no one is staying in this room was not done, therefore the room was heated beyond comfortable temperatures. Besides that, the room had spider webs and spiders on the walls. Shower was small, but ok-ish.

The room was very nice, large and had a great balcony. Good parking facilities.

The staff seemed a bit rude and not exactly smiling at check in, and when we asked if we could have some more coffee capsules for the machine in the room.

Great family or otherwise any stay.

Not exaggerating but everything was just right. Breakfast excellent. And rooms and coffees at room special illy machine. 10 out of 10. And we only stayed for a night over for travelling further. Wel rested. Wel fed.

Overpriced and not up to standard

We had booked a standard room but were put in a very old room at the top of the old building. It was extremely hot. There was so much furniture in the room that we could not open our suitcases and had to ask the staff to remove a table, armchair and two sitting chairs just so we could open the closet door. The shower head was broken and calked so hardly any water came out. There were two sinks but only one worked. There was also no soap for washing. The next day we complained and asked to be moved to another room. They finally agreed but we had to also pay the difference for the suite price. I would never stay at this hotel again - very overpriced. The one positive is that the front desk staff were very friendly.

Frühstück: sehr gut Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft: sehr gut gute Ausgangslage für Besichtigungen abgewohntes Mobiliar auf den Gängen verfleckter Teppichboden auf den Gängen

s.o. und: Zimmerreinigung und Handtücher nur alle 2 Tage, wenn man nicht ausdrücklich sagt, dass man diese täglich will. Dann müsste der Preis ein anderer sein.

Schönes Hotel mit toller Lage

Frühstück und Parkmöglichkeiten hervorragend, ideale Lage am Kaiserstuhl, direkt am Bahnhof, der Radweg um den Kaiserstuhl ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Wir lieben die Region und auch das Hotel.

Das, in der Vergangenheit oft besuchte Hotel hat ein wenig an Glanz verloren. Das wunderschöne Restaurant wird nur noch als Frühstücksraum benutzt. Es so verwaist zu sehen schmerzt, da wir früher viele fröhliche Stunden dort erlebt haben.

Das ausgewiesenes 4-Sterne Hotel hat viel nachzuholen, es eher kein Standard für die Kategorisierung. Hier herrscht ein Stau um Zimmer, Flure und u8ntere Etage auf Vordermann zu bringen. Das Zimmer ist okay in der Größe, aber keine Klimaanlage ( naja, okay ), kein Kühlschrank ( alle sind abgebaut ), der Teppichboden hat Jahre auf dem Buckel.

Wir gaben eine zweite Chance und wurden nicht enttäuscht.

Im Gegensatz zu unserem letzten Aufenthalt hat dieses mal alles gepasst. Das Personal war sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer im Haupthaus war großzügig und das Bad neu renoviert. Wir wollten dem Haus noch mal eine Chance geben und wurden nicht enttäuscht.

Die Zimmergrösse ist sehr gut. Dusche und WC getrennt.

Wir kannten dieses Hotel schon, waren jedoch mehre Jahre nicht mehr dort. Damals gab es in den Comfort-Zimmern noch eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Kühlschrank. Leider heute nicht mehr. Man hat uns gesagt, dass dieses Hotel zum Verkauf steht. Das Frühstück haben wir dazugebucht.

Fantastisch.

We hebben de suite geboekt en kregen daarvoor een zeer prettige ruimte. Naast een woonkamer met balkon, hadden we ook twee slaapkamers wat een uitkomst is met een kind van drie. Daarnaast zeer vriendelijk personeel waar onze dochter ook weg van was. Heerlijk ontbijt maakt het verblijf af. Op loopafstand is het treinstation en twee pareltjes om te eten: Heidi’s en Gio Gusto. Ook als liefhebber van vogels is de bijeneter te vinden op een van de verschillende wandelroutes over de Kaiserstuhl.

Ihringen zelf als plaats is redelijk stil. Op zondag en maandag al helemaal. Desalniettemin is Ihringen perfect als uitvalsbasis, bijvoorbeeld voor Straatsburg, Breisach en Freiburg (laatste twee zijn ook goed bereikbaar per trein, waar je gratis gebruik van kunt maken als je toeristenbelasting betaalt).

Für einen Kurzurlaub bestens zu empfehlen

Ganz liebes und nettes Personal, die keine Wünsche offen ließen. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Baustelle, wo tagsüber mit Lärm und Erschütterungen zu rechnen ist. Rezeption war teilweise erst ab mittags besetzt, aber die nette Hausdame vom Hotel hat trotzdem alles sehr gut gemeistert und alles erledigt. Hotel steht zum Verkauf, daher wird im Außenbereich nicht mehr viel getan. Restaurant hat geschlossen, störte uns aber nicht. Die Zimmer verfügen über keinen Kühlschrank, aber uns wurde von der Chef-;Hausdame eine andere Möglichkeit alternativ angeboten 🤗
