Samimi bir aile pansiyonu, babaanne-dede ve 10 yaşında sevimli Dimitriden ve patili dostumuz Lisa dan oluşan bir ekip. Manzarası çok güzel, her odanın penceresi denize açılan denize sıfır konumda (ama ne yazık ki rüzgar alan bir bölge olduğu için 4 günün 1 inde denize girebildik) ,sessiz bir huzur oteli. Sorunsuz şekilde konakladık. Karlovasi çok yakın 7-8 dakika içinde market fırın lokanta vs ulaşabilirsiniz.
Ne yazık ki birkaç husus var; öncelikle mutfak eşyaları eski ve yıllanmışlığın kirliliğini taşıyor. odalarda örümcek ağları olan noktalar var, duş başlığı asacak yer olmaması çok kötü. Özetle elden geçmesi gereken bir tesis. Benim yorum kriterim şudur; bir daha gider miyim? Gitmem..(Belki %20-25 ucuz olursa F/P bir mekan olabilir)

Manzarası harikaydı, otelin sahipleri çok iyi insanlardı.
Sivrinek sorunu vardı. Camın birisi yoktu sineklikler delikti. Otelin Yolu çok dik ve yokuştu.
