What an amazing location, and incredible to be party of history in this way, to feel almost as if you are living in a museum. Listening to the sounds of the running water and appreciating the traditional experience of living in land surrounded by nature. Marjan was amazing and checked in regularly. We stayed in apartment d2 which had a well equipped kitchen and air-conditioning. The apartment down stairs was very basic and less equipped. There was a good supply of hot water to wash. Ithaki restaurant was at the bottom of the stairs over the road and was excellent in the evenings.

The mosquitos in the mornings and evenings are a real pain. We were sprayed and coated in jungle formula and still got bitten, impossible not to, but it made eating or drinking on the terrace impossible. There are some insects living in the property in the eaves, eating the wood and the beds get covered in insect chewings. It is a very wild expand not for the inexperienced Greek traveller. If you are used to luxury accommodation this isn’t for you. The paths are traditional Kalderami and very uneven. Not suitable if you have mobility issues.

Evin konumu merkez olan noktalara biraz uzak, arabanız olmazsa ulaşımınız imkansız, ev doğa içerisinde bu çok güzel fakat bu şartlara uygun olmayanların hoşuna gitmeyebilir ( sinek, böcek vb. var yani) ve eve ulaşan merdivenler bayağı bir dik

Très bel environnement, au milieu des arbres, avec des ruisseaux et une source alimentant la maison (eau potable délicieuse, permet de remplir les guides et d'éviter les bouteilles en plastique). Personnel sympathique. Emplacement très calme et très bonne taverne à quelques dizaines de mètres.

Manque d'équipements dans la maison, seulement 3 couverts a disposition (maison pour 4 personnes) peu de verres et d'assiettes, confort assez rudimentaire, notamment pour le lit de la chambre du haut, mais il faut dire que c'est une vieille maison restée "dans son jus". Inadaptée aux très jeunes enfants (moins de 5 ans) car il y a un escalier raide et sans rampe pour passer d'une chambre à l'autre. Climatisation bruyante et avec fuites.

Het fantastische uitzicht dat we hadden vanuit ons huisje. Dit was echt verrassend mooi! De charme van een verlaten dorp en het oude cottage gevoel vormden een unieke beleving voor Samos.

Charme kan ook gepaard gaan met kwaliteit en hygiëne. Het huisje voldoet niet meer aan de standaarden van nu. De badkamer is gedateerd, de keuken en het matras is aan vernieuwing toe. We voelden ons niet altijd even veilig, zeker in de avond is meer verlichting nodig. Deze locatie vraagt om 24/7 aanwezigheid van personeel of eigenaars, dit was nu niet het geval.
