The house is very nice, well heated in the winter. The host is most welcoming and very attentionate to the well being of his guests. We communicated easily with him during our trip upon our arrival, and he was waiting for us to hand us the keys. The appartment (#4) was very nice, very clean, very welcoming. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The shoes can be left outside of the appartment, which is nice when it is snowy outside. We used the cooking equipement of the appartement every evening, it was enough to make simple dishes. There was 1 bathroom and 2 WC in the appartment (including the one in the bathroom), which was useful. The beds were made when we arrived, there were toiletries and towels, and the host showed us a storage with cleaning supplies and additional towels if needed. We had a wonderful stay!

Only minor points! The GPS directions drove us to the wrong side of the house (there are entrances on two streets, but there is a sign with the house name only on the main street), we should have paid more attention to the address. The heating was making a bit of noise, so we turned off the radiators during the night, which solved the problem (and it was still very warm, we were never cold in the appartment). We could have used an extension cord at one time, there was none in the appartment (we probably could have asked the host before, but we didn't want to bother him on the evening when we needed it, it was Christmas Eve... :)). There was not place for storing skis (or we did not find it), so they stayed in the car during our stay.

Large apartment (No.4, comfort with mountain view), spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated. A warm greeting from the host who awaited us. Check-in took 30 seconds, next few minutes virtual tour through Seefeld. The bed is large and comfortable. Large private south balcony with sunshade, table and chairs. A lot of place to scatter all your belongings to have them at hand. Quite small but well-equipped kitchen without dishwasher. Shops, restaurants, bus and train station, free city bus stop, all within walking distance. Silence at night. We had a great holiday here.

The only thing we miss was a microwave. The only thing we didn't like were mosquitoes.

Superb

Very nice appartment in a very nice position. Two minutes walk to the centre, and far enough from the main road to avoid traffic noise. The owner is very kind and helped us during our stay for some small stuff we needed (i.e. phone charger). Everything was tidy and clean both inside and outside the house. Highly recomended.

A beautiful holiday spent in Seefeld i Tirol - Innsbruck - Hall in Tirol

We admired a spectacular mountains view from our apartment, having nice furnishings rooms, large TV screen and a kitchen with all electric appliances we need to use. Excellent location, close to central area and railway / bus station.

Locatie was super, aan de rand van het centrum. Bedden liggen prima. Schoon.

Maar 2 kleine elektrische kookplaten waar moeilijk 2 pannen naast elkaar konden. We hadden kunnen vragen naar een magnetron, want die stond er niet standaard in, maar was wel beschikbaar. Fijne douche, maar wel kleiner dan standaard.

God Beliggenhed tæt på Centrum og den dejlige sø. Der er de vigtigste ting i det lille men effektive køkken. Dejlig Balkon med sol meget af dagen. God plads i lejligheden til 2 personer.
