Excellent stay

It was very cosy, well located and contained all facilities we needed for our trip. The balcony was a lovely feature, and the ski locker was very useful.

The bath was not easy to use due to a partial blockage.

Good place to stay in Seefeld

It was on a very good location in Seefeld. We got upgraded to a bigger apartment as it wasn’t fully booked. What was good was well equipped kitchen. Most importantly was the friendly attitude from owner Claudia. She helped us with what we needed and also after checkout we could leave our car in the parking as we were doing a mountain tour. Can only recommend it if you stay in Seefeld

No fan in the kitchen but we solved it with opened window just above the stove.

Home away from home apartment in Seefeld in Tirol!

Beautiful apartment! Cozy, comfortable, well equipped, very comfortable beds, super shower. Close to the train station, to the grocery store and the centre of town. Very friendly and helpful owner. Everything was perfect! We spent a fabulous week in Haus Andreas!

Lage war ganz gut und die Gastgeberin nett und freundlich. Man war bemüht alles zu tun, damit wir uns wohl gefühlt haben.

Gemütliche, sehr familiäre Unterkunft im Herzen Seefelds

Die Gastgeberin hat uns überaus herzlich und freundschaftlich empfangen, als würden wir uns bereits kennen. Ansonsten ist sie sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer ein offenes Ohr. Die zentrale Lage war ebenfalls sehr angenehm, man kommt überall schnell hin. Bahnhof um die Ecke, Skibus-Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür und Supermarkt in ein paar Schritten erreichbar. Zentrum beginnt direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite und auch der See ist in wenigen Schritten erreicht. Das Zimmer war geräumig, mit kleiner Küchenzeile und recht großem Bad. Es war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, sogar mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern, Topapier, Spüli, Seife, Lappen, Spülbürste, Mülltüten und sogar Zucker, Salz und Pfeffer. Morgens wird man (im Winter) von der Sonne begrüßt und hat auch bis in den Nachmittag Sonne auf dem Balkon. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

"Nicht gefallen" würde ich es nicht nennen... Die zentrale Lage hat eben auch den kleinen Nachteil der recht gut genutzten Straße direkt vor der Tür, die man auch öfter mal hört, besonders, wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzt. Das Schrankbett ist ok, das Kissen war mir persönlich etwas zu flach und das Sofa fand ich nicht sehr bequem. Aber das ist alles Ansichtssache und Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. ;-) Außerdem fand ich die Position des Rauchmelders direkt über der Kochstelle etwas unglücklich gewählt. Er hat gleich beim ersten Kochen ausgelöst. Im Wohnzimmer wäre er meiner Meinung nach besser aufgehoben. Diese Punkte führen für mich aber keinesfalls zu Punktabzug und würden mich auch nicht davon abhalten, dort noch weitere schöne und entspannte Urlaube zu verbringen. :-)
