Booked for a friend who paid cash on arrival, but then you took an extra payment from my bank which was around £40 MORE than the room cost!!!! Was told the money would be back in my bank within 1 hour, i never recieved it, then told it would take 3 days.... its been a week now and still no refund!!!!
