The surrounding gardens are amazing. You could spend days walking round them and always find something you missed. Alan and his family are incredibly attentive and make you feel at home. The breakfast was top notch. Alan’s knowledge of the area is extensive which made sure we had plenty to do during our stay. Jake the cat is a little legend and met us at our door each morning for a cuddle.
Honestly I wouldn’t change a thing. Literally the only downside was that because of the recent drought the waterfall wasn’t active but no one can be blamed for that.

The room was a good size. Breakfast was delicious. The owners were very friendly. The resident cat was a great hit with us, loved his morning cuddles

The accomodation was fine and the spa bath was good,
The waterfall was dried up which is why I booked the holiday , it was so disappointing, so that for me ruined the holiday , so we came home a day early ,
