Very friendly staff and owners. Smooth check-in and out. Clean hotel. Location in the lively (noisy) part of the city, if you like nightlife. Standard service for standard price. Nothing outstanding. Was able to get a double bed even for single occupancy (for full room price, of course).
Aircondition unit taking half of the balcony. Aircondition against extra charge (daily). Very poor breakfast. Coffee against extra charge (this is really not acceptable in Italy). No salty option for breakfast. Towards 10hrs, the already small buffet was not refilled anymore. Breakfast room unfriendly. No convenient terrace to eat breakfast on (only a mini part in the reception area, where other people went to smoke). The associated beach was very crowded and full of noisy youngsters and families and with loud "lounge" music. No relax. I went to different beach.
