Leodikya Kirman Premium - Ultra All Inclusive

We loved our stay at Leodikya. This is the 5th all-inclusive holiday we have done in Turkey and it didn't disappoint. The hotel itself is compact which we liked - some resorts have a LOT of walking so a trip to the beach is a 15 min hike. No so here which was ace. Great selection of food which changed daily at the Buffet restaurant. We paid extra for the Lobster restaurant for the lobster special menu which was served tableside and both very tasty and a very theatrical and immersive experience! But what sets this hotel apart was the staff. In other hotels (looking at YOU Liberty Lykia) we felt like guests were an inconvenience. Here, staff couldn't have been more helpful - even our cleaning lady went above and beyond, with some of the most inventive 'towel art' daily which really made us smile! Big shout out to Erkan, our personal assistant who proced to be super helpful and friendly. He checked in daily wit us or stopped for a chat, nothing was too much trouble, even getting us the recipe for the delicious baked halva pudding we had with our lobster - on my list to try and replicate at home. Felt like this was a brilliant element for the hotel to offer one point of contact to have on hand for any questions or requests. And the QR codes for ordering drinks actually worked really well throughout the hotel, making it easy to order drinks for delivery (via rollerskates in some instances).Highly recommended!

Aircon could have been colder - but that's being nitpicky! And in the buffet restaurant,

Erkan, İlkay, Sameeha, and their entire team truly know how to take great care of their guests. Their prompt support, attention to detail, and proactive approach are truly remarkable. They continuously checked on our satisfaction and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their genuine smiles, positive attitude, and willingness to help in every situation made our experience exceptionally pleasant and comfortable. Whenever we encountered a problem, the Guest Relations team was always ready to help, and a solution was quickly on the way. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a wonderful and memorable experience. Their hospitality and dedication are truly outstanding.

The property was clean and had everything we needed. Erksan was incredible he looked after everything for us and arranged an amazing last night at the Liman restaurant outside the hotel and it really was incredible perfect evening.

You have to get up early to put towels on beds by the pool if you want good beds.

Nice looking resort Friendly staff - Amazing concierge - Erkan was amazing and went above and beyond to help me and my family each day. The spa is good Right next to great beach location. Lots of kids stuff to do. If you were angling for a more party themed resort, then it would be fun. Rooms look and feel nice. good house red and white wines. Some good sounding and creative cocktails, shame good spirits not used in them so the end result is rough round the edges.

Context - it was me, my 30 weeks pregnant wife and 3.5 year old child. Nighttime - every night the party around the resort is way too loud and keeps going until midnight and the rooms are not at all soundproof. So if you're looking for a relaxing quiet time, good luck. Room walls and windows are paper thin. Screaming kids, people slamming doors everywhere and the nightly aggressive noise is unavoidable. Some servers at breakfast seem to actively avoid you and couldn't smile to save their lives. So getting a coffee can be hard work since you cannot serve yourself certain things. Biggest unfortunate issue for us which would have made the holiday much better, which is harsh of me but the outdoor main pools, are huge, and inviting but too cold for some reason so they were barely in use. Food was ok, not enough options, you only get 1 included meal at 1 of their 2 "specialized" restaurants, the other restaurant you have to pay. I'd give the buffet 6 out of 10, ok variety for dinner and good options for desserts, but lunch and breakfast is lacking. Lastly, as much as I wanted to take advantage of the unlimited alcohol with a nice relaxing good stiff drink, the spirits selection was not good, but I think this is merely the case for most all inclusives. And the ok spirits they did have, were often not used in the cocktails they make, vying for some unknown cheapest version of each spirit. Which is a shame, as I am partial to a good cocktail.
