This is a very decent resort. Do not expect anything premium or luxury but you'll get all your needs met. Staff: excellent, everyone has been friendly and helpful, we did not encounter anyone rude or disinterested. some staff is clearly inexperienced which sometimes led to confusion or required us to remind them about the orders but all was immediately solved. The check-in process at the reception was the fastest I have ever seen - I travel a lot for business and I rarely get this kind of service in business hotels. Food: excellent quality, choice (meat, fish, vegetarian), fresh fruit. The restaurant could get busy during evening hours in high season but it's not like you needed to queue for a long time for food. Staff at the restaurant were exceptional. Alcohol: no surprises here, you don't come to this hotel for fine cocktails. Local red wine and beer were fine though so it was ok for us Beach and the sea: this is one of the main advantages of this hotel: the beach is clean, spacious, there is always space there, no battle for sunbeds. the sea was superb as well. If it was not for the children, we would have spent most time there Pools and aquapark: water slides were great, there were three lifeguards on duty so I can't imagine anything could happen to children there, it's abslutely safe to let them use the slides on their own. There are also 6 pools for children aged 1-4. Rooms: we had a two-bedroom room and were quite satisfied with everything. the room did not look dated, everything was working properly

Water in the pools in August was just way too warm to our liking, unpleasant to swim in such water and it's a breeding ground for germs. The "relax pool" was also not properly cleaned sometimes - I found a bottle and hair floating around once. It's also rather small. So if you can skip the pools and go to the beach. you can hear a rather loud discotheque from the neighboring hotel in some parts of the resort but I suppose it's something you can't avoid in Turkey. with the windows shut it was all ok. Other tourists smoking at the pool - disgusting! We'd prefer to have designated areas for smokers at the pool like they do in a café. but overall these nuisances did not spoil our holiday in a major way

Resort is amazing having all facilities and services it needs, my kids had birthday and we received amazing surprise with decorating room, vouchers, flowers and wine, she was very happy.

Transfer car which I asked to get a bit more as for first time they delivered very nice car but for further cases smaller

Rooms are quite big and clean. All inclusive with various delicious food and drink options. All the facilities are very convenient to reach. Especially very ideal for families with children. Reception staff are very professional and helpful.

We had a lovely stay, enjoyed food and facilities which were good. Cleanliness at high level everywhere, rooms were a bit dated but very clean. Bar and cleaning staff do work tirelessly serving high number of guests, huge thanks to them and our lovely shuttle bus driver to/from beach!
