Beautiful interiors, careful attention to detail and fantastic staff. The complimentary wine tasting is such a treat and we were able to catch the wine tram from RB without the need of going into town. We had an issue with noise (not the fault of the property, but related to an event at another location) and the RB team were fantastic in moving us to an even more beautiful room to make us more comfortable.

It’s quiet and lovely in winter and the grounds are peaceful
I felt the breakfast was limited especially for a 3 night stay and the menu very small

- beautiful building and views - great to be at a venue on the wine tram - spacious room and bathroom
- water was not complimentary - no acknowledgement of our honeymoon ! - minimal orientation/check-in process - we had no idea how to contact someone if had an issue - padel not included for guests
